Basement room was an unwanted surprise. It had one window and it looked out into another hallway rather than outside. Sink is in the main area not the toilet room. There are no hand towels - just large towels. Shower stall is very tight. Mini fridge doesn’t work. Room was clean, good air conditioning, solid water pressure, lots of mirrors. Location was great - just a few minutes walk to Hammersmith station.

We enjoyed our stay

It was a good stay! Maybe just empty the bins in the room daily. Doesn’t need to get cleaned fully but empty bins would be a nice touch. Good neighborhood and would come back

The property was in excellent condition, appeared to have been recently renovated. Small toilet area and separate small shower area but adequate. Room was larger than expected and clean and modern. Hotel had very good security. Very close to Hammersmith tube station with access to several tube lines. Lots of reasonable restaurants close by. Coffee and small breakfast items as well as drinks in lobby. Room had kettle, small fridge and safe.Would recommend and stay here again.

Hotel staff was very friendly. Restaurants, shopping, London Underground were all nearby. Everything was at a walkable distance. The rooms are a bit bigger than most boutique hotels I’ve seen. Will say that room service never changed the sheets when asked to clean the rooms. Sheets became noticeably dirty after staying a week.

Nice place to stay local to the Hammersmith Apollo. Lots eateries and pubs nearby. Tube is a few minutes walk. Bed was comfortable but the room was very hot even though i turned down the thermostat. Though the hotel is good value, there was no complimentary water. That was sold at the desk for £1.50. Also selling over priced confectionery. The room had a few stains on the couch and floor. The towels are very small and no hand towels offered. Otherwise a good stay and would stay again.
