From terminal 3 arrivals.

Lack of signage to the hotel at Terminal 3 arrivals hall resulted in a frustrating and annoying trek around terminal 3. One vital sign directing guests down the ramp and on towards terminal 2 is missing and so there is no indication where the hotel is.

Very good hotel at Terminal 2 at Heathrow airport. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the bar on 14th floor has a nice view. Would recommend even though the cost is high the convenience is worth it.
