Very quiet despite location between Heathrow Airport runways - no outside noise whatsoever. Easy walk to hotel from Terminal 2, bit farther from Terminal 3 but still doable. Room was good size, comfortable furnishings. I guess they expect people staying at an airport hotel won’t bother to unpack - there was no dresser, not a single drawer in which to stow things. Also, lighting at the bathroom mirror was very poor - impossible to stand without your face being in shadow.

Excellent hotel when you have an early morning flight. There’s a walkway connecting the hotel to terminal 2 and it is a quick and easy walk. The room was spacious, clean and quiet, even if the airport is directly beside the hotel, I did not hear any planes landing or taking off.

I adored this hotel. Check in was swift and efficient. Everyone seemed to know the information I needed about how to reach the airport on foot this morning. Had a great dinner in the Apron Bar with a lovely server, Satnam. She was very efficient, discreet and kind. I would definitely stay here again if flying to or from Heathrow. My family travels a lot and I will share this experience with them. Thank you.

Nice Break Before Travel

We booked a night at the Hilton to rest-up after 14 days travel through England and Wales, before our flights home. The room was clean and comfortable and the food was surprisingly good. I’m glad we stayed.

Stop over waiting for a connecting flight. Dinner was lovely and then we went to the roof top bar for a drink and the added bonus for plane geeks was watching the flights taking off!! Room was nice enough. Expensive for what it is but they all are near Heathrow! Staff really friendly.
