Super convenient from Terminal 2. Walking time is approximately 8 minutes from baggage claim. Absolutely quiet -- even though it is right adjacent aircraft parking area. Runway Bar on floor 14 has great views!

Most people don't have high expectations for an airport hotel, and I'm no exception. The Hilton Garden Inn at Heathrow has completed changed that for me. Spotlessly clean, delightfully quiet and luxurious beyond all expectation. Definately 5 stars!

Perfect hotel for long layover in London
We stayed one night. Location is very convenient and we were able to leave our luggage at the front desk while we went sightseeing for the day during a long layover in London.

Close to the terminal for our overnight layover. I had booked a king bed room but was given a family room complete with additional sofa bed made up, which was weird. The let down was that the reception told us that they had given us a fantastic view and we would love it, however the room was on the third floor and the view was the multi storey car park. Dinner was limited to the onsite bar and my cauliflower & broccoli ‘bites’ were so spicy I could barely eat half the portion. My husband enjoyed his burger. Prices were exorbitant but that’s commensurate with being a captive audience.

Good choice
This hotel is closer to terminal two than terminal three, if you’re looking for a shorter walk to the area you need. The room was very nice…large and clean, big screen tv, big bathroom with a nice shower. We came in late and were able to have an excellent dinner from the restaurant menu in the bar area. Recommended.

Easy to find and well signposted. Rooms clean and tidy with an easy check in/out. We requested a runway view which was quite disappointing as we could only see a small area where the planes taxied and only by pressing noses against the window. Not a great plane spotting experience! We also requested an early alarm call on check in, double checked to confirm we would receive this and were assured this would happen. It did not. Fortunately, I set back up alarms as I have experienced this before. The restaurant portions are huge and overly expensive however, the food itself was well prepared and fresh. If only they would offer smaller portions ….
