A good Hilton property. Nothing flashy or exceptional in the physical facilities. Rooms small (but it's Europe!). Breakfast buffet was very good. Location is perfect for accessing sites- an average 30 min walk to sites and right by the riverwalk and the Eye. Close to the Borough Market for restaurants. Finally, John at the concierge was absolutely fabulous with his recommendations and overall guidance. Great guy. Others at the concierge need training from him!

We could not wait to leave. The staff was extremely unfriendly. Not one person looked up to say hello or wish Merry Christmas. The rooms were bare bones. I can’t believe that we loved this hotel all these years. Have been staying here every year since 2018 during November . Total 180 this time

When we arrived they gave us undesirable handicaps room on construction side really noisy.( witch did not request handicaps ) they did not want move us, we had to argue at least for 45 mins then they gave us another room away with construction ( still super noisy from construction) and we were very clear with our request to alternative room without construction

A real treat on my birthday
We stayed one night as we were celebrating my birthday in London and staying at the Hilton London Brankside made it feel really special. The room was large, very clean and beautifully appointed. The bed was super comfortable and we had the surprise of finding it “turned out” with slippers and Good night paper mat by the side, when we got in after our celebrations. We found out the sound proofing was really good because there was a crying baby next door and only realised once in the corridor. I would very happily stay again and the location is very good too.
