The room are really nice. The breakfast was good. The shower was broken and the door wouldn’t close. So water went everywhere. I had to dry up the floor with spare towels

The location was fine for us allowing us to travel into central London with small children. We liked the children’s Easter actives and sweets provided for children and the breakfast kids station of waffles and pancakes went down well with our family. The breakfast was lovely with lots of choices. The member of staff who made the omelettes was very kind and attentive. Another member of the waitress team was lovely and offered my daughter a hot chocolate which she absolutely loved. The rooms require a major revamp and furniture and colours were very mismatched but we were very grateful for the staff who serviced our room each day. However wardrobe in our room was very smelly - made my clothes smell of musky greasy food! Not sure why this was but requires looking into. The the evening meal food in the restaurant wasn’t the best. The chips were hard and the fish was poor quality in taste and flavour. My daughter however loved the pasta and the cottage pie was a hit. The bar was a nice area and staff helpful - maybe an area providing boardgames would be a suggestion (families traveling with children). Would we stay again? Yes if we received a good deal.

Nice weekend stay

Nice hotel with excellent service & good food. Upgrade to Executive room gave access to Executive Lounge with good complimentary food & drinks. Room was spacious with a comfortable king bed, but no sofa & only 1 armchair, no bathrobes / slippers, and shower hose detached from shower head (reported on checkout). Excellent underground parking.

Disgusting

The hotel was fantastic can’t fault the staff or facilities Bad point on returning from the ABBA voyage experience we arrived in a taxi and we were greeted to a mass brawl between a extremely large party of gypsy’s and trying to get to the lift my wife was knocked to the floor suffering extreme bruising to her arms and legs by burley men trying to what seems like trying to kill each other a very distressing experience to be polite Not what you would expect from a Hilton hotel your booking policy is at fault and checks should be made the same party were having breakfast beefing rude and unruly to myself and other guests I’m disgusted

Lovely hotel!

Absolutely loved our room! Extremely spacious, clean and the lighting was really bright! The breakfast choices were fantastic. Staff were professional and checked in on us during our stay. Great location for getting around town.

Weekend break

My daughter and I stayed in an executive twin with executive lounge access. We enjoyed every moment and we slept so well. It was so nice to be able to nip into the lounge for snacks and soft drinks as well as the happy hours between 6-8. Thank you Hilton. We loved it!
