Great Stay - Will Book Here Again

Great experience here. Check smooth, friendly staff at front desk. Room clean with big bed. Nice walk-in shower and big fluffy towels. The food at the Oxbo restaurant was delicious. No complaints.

Did not appreciate the “bait and switch” forced room upgrade that cost me an additional 40 pounds or the snotty front desk clerk who did it. Did not appreciate that not even a cheap continental breakfast would be included considering what we paid for a room. The mini fridge in our room didn’t work. If you wanted breakfast it was 28 pounds per person. An anirport hotel with NO transportation to the terminal. You had to pay for an outside service. The “walkway” from terminal 4 is nearly an 1/2 mile walk. No bellboy to assist with luggage. Overall a terrible experience.

Very close to Terminal four. You can walk there quite easily. There is a path. Loved this hotel. Great breakfast buffet.
