Good service, old hotel

The service and personell where friendly and helpfull. However, the air conditioning didnt work at all. The room was warm throughout the night and it smelled like fumes were coming out of the vents. The hotel is definitely showing it´s age.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hilton, Heathrow Terminal 4. My room was spacious and comfortable. Bed was perfect for an early night before an early flight. I ate in the bar, prompt and friendly service, food and wine of good quality.

Heating was terrible - room was way too hot and thermometer was set in a way couldn’t cool room down. Terrible night sleep because of heat
