Great stay - would recommend
Very enjoyable . Comfy bed, great having tea/coffee facilities in room. Breakfast excellent and good value. All staff we encountered were very helpful. Particularly Dotti in the bar and Giada Furno on reception. Will definitely stay here again.

Very good location, just a few minutes walk from the tube station. Check-in staff were very polite and friendly. They took note we were there to celebrate my partner's birthday, and left balloons, cake and a personal note in the room. Aircon didn't work, so had to leave the window open, which was quite noisy in the morning, but to be expected in London. Would recommend and stay again :)

The service at the hotel was fantastic - the kind people made the choice of this hotel acceptable. Great front desk staff; welcoming breakfast room crew. Proximity to Shepherd's Bush tube station good. The bed was t e r r i b l e! One could feel and hear the springs when moving even the tiniest muscle. The small rooms were quite beaten up - lots of water damage on the door trim of the bathroom. Carpets are old. The decor of the entire place was super tired. One positive was having a window that opened - great to have fresh air. We faced the back of the property. There was no noise from outside but some noise from slamming doors in the hallway and late night, fun loving guests (but it wasn't too bad). Breakfast was fine - lots of choices and something for everyone! I really liked having the salad greens. Many types of yogurt. Breads galore. Typical English breakfast items plus some world selections. Coffee was meh but drinkable.

Stayed here because it was chosen by Trafalgar and easier not to change hotels for extension of stay. Would probably choose to stay closer to downtown l, but if you’re more savvy with buses/tube, both are convenient. Good shopping nearby. On-site restaurant good. Breakfast excellent. Staff very nice. Needs upgrades, but clean and good value.

Dated but decent, relative to price point.
Honest review! 1st impression was not not the best. Online photos were not entirely accurate :-) It is a dated hotel that is ripe for upgrading works. That said, the location is brilliant and condition relative to the price. Notting Hill gate, Kensington Palace Gardens, Hyde Park are a mere 15 min and 30 min walk respectively. Fantastic connectivity via Shepards Bush or Holland Park Stations. The huge Westfield Mall is a 8 minute walk away. We walked to Marble Arch within 40mins. The staff are also brilliant and ever helpful. Special mention must be made of front desk staff Ismail.

Overall, a decent hotel to stay. It's conveniently located by Central line underground, about 5 minutes walk to the nearest station. It's close to Westfield shopping mall, less than 10 minutes walk. The room is clean, staff is friendly. The hotel building itself is a bit dated. The "fitness center" is just a few elliptical running machines without any weight training equipment. Stay here if you want to avoid the busy crowd, and for the cleanliness. Would I stay here again, probably not 😶.
