We selected this hotel for our stay in London because of its location and previous positive experiences at Hilton hotels. The location was close to key metro/train stations which was extremely convenient. The room itself was okay-the bathroom was small and clearly needed some extra attention. There were hard water stains in the shower area and the plumbing made a screaching sound when adjusting the temp and pressure. The bed was comfy, butroom size was smaller than expected.

The restaurant staff was good. The food was ok. When I booked my room, it was advertised as having a tub/shower combo which is why I selected it, but when we checked in, I was informed that I would need to pay extra to have a room with a tub/shower combo. I paid the extra, however the tub was stained and very worn and narrow. It was definitely not worth the extra amount I had to pay. The housekeeping staff needs to improve the quality of their work. After we checked in we found a n95 mask under the edge of the bed. Not all of our garbage was picked up. If something accidently fell out, it was left on the floor by the housekeeping staff. The bed was very uncomfortable as well. I understand London was expensive but the hotel was not worth the price we paid. We were more comfortable in the other hotel we stayed at. The location of the hotel was good, however we would not stay here again.

The Underground was 3 mins walk to Edgware Stop, lots of places to get coffee and meals and there is a Mark & Spencer opposite!!! The Evelator on the West Wing was a bit tricky and they didnt re stock my room on our last 2 daus but upon request it was done promptly. I wpuld definitely rebook here.

The room was large and clean. Staff members were great. A special shout out to David who was very helpful. I would have rated staff higher, had it not been for a couple of errors and mis-information.
