Room was very cold. 16.9 degrees. Maintenance came after an hour and were unable to fix. We were offered a heater. We were then offered another room but there was no hairdryer and the shower did not work properly

Ludev at the front was super friendly. We just had a one night stay from a long layover. Easy to get to from Heathrow airport. Right beside the train station. Easy in and easy out. Room was spacious an clean.

Excellent location; you step out of Paddington station and the hotel is right there! Very convenient to go around the city, as well as to catch the Heathrow Express. Front desk and concierge very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay there again when next in London.

Climate control doesn’t work.
Handy location for people coming to/from the west. But! The room climate control simply doesn’t work. You can pick a temperature, and you will be ignored. I requested 18, it was 24.1 when I arrived and 24.1 when I left which for me is uncomfortably hot.
