Hilton hotel overnight stay.
From the moment we arrived the staff were polite and attentive. The room was very nice and a good size. A good level of cleanliness throughout the rooms and hotel. We had a nice meal in the restaurant and the breakfast was fabulous, great choice of cooked food, fruit/ yogurt, pastries etc. well positioned for Wembley Stadium or the Arena. Will definitely stay again.

The staff were friendly, helpful and just generally lovely. The breakfast was delicious, the room well appointed, and the bed comfortable. I feared that being on the 8th floor, the shower would be a poor trickle - i was proven wrong! All in all a thoroughly enjoyable experience

Lovely hotel , staff are friendly and helpful, comfy bed and chairs. Stayed due to seeing starlight express which wasn't too far from hotel. Breakfast was very good with a good variety of food. Staff constantly ask if you want tea, coffee etc...

The room, breakfast and location were also excellent. Having access to the pool, sauna and steam room were also a great addition. The other issue I encountered was when being addressed by members of staff, they only referred to my male partner rather than me. For example, 'good morning, Sir' and 'thank you, Sir' at breakfast rather than addressing both of us.

Very poor nights sleep due to very noisy fan above ceiling that was unable to be turned off. Literally kept me awake all night. Complained at desk but just got an apology ! This has put me off staying at a Hilton.

there was no toilet brush in the toilets, we had to have a refresh of sugar and hot chocolate for my husband as he does not drink tea, no re stock up of waters either had to ask for this. and toliet paper but the cleaner had come into the room and took our bins
