Good location ~ good facility ~ sound proofing

Convenient location; feels like new location; not a lot of amenities but the area offers everything including a gym right next door. The only drawback is sound- 5th floor room, I could hear everything happening on the street and construction.

Very bad location, views from the window terrible back of industrial area. Double room was very small and no table or surface to place items. Lighting very depressing and limited. Tea corner very narrow and small. No room service. Breakfast most items were not fresh. Reheated scrambled eggs and tea facility very poor.

The hotel itself was very good with caring attentative staff.There was a huge let down ; there were only 2 guest parking places for the whole hotel , 50 would be more appropriate ! . The breakfast was very good and well organised ; the staff showed me how to axcess all the breakfast items . Hotel itself was clean throughout and my room was well appointed and comfortable. In summary excellent staff but poor parking.

I am rating the service at the reception as very poor. I was expecting a package and informed the staff at the reception when it was due. I tracked the package and informed them they had attempted delivery which they denied. The post office made 2 attempts and had to send the package back. I now have to expedite the package and spend almost 4 times the amount i would have received the package and brought back into the USA myself.

No parking aside from a 6 min walk away

There is no parking! Staff were unhelpful is giving us the time to allow us to unload vehicle of children, cases and suit carriers and persisted in harassing my husband in moving the vehicle after just a few minutes in the middle of Storm Bert. Bedrooms are very small and the sofa bed has the thinnest mattress. Breakfast was hearty and staff were very helpful and kept everything fresh and tables clean. We opulent however return when there are subsequently far better options. Friends of ours attending the same event stayed at the premier inn and the aerodrome hotels and these were much better. We ended up taking the car to the event and catching an Uber back as couldn’t walk from the multi storey 6 minutes away with the storm which is the recommended parking.

Excelente place to stay

Really good place to stay. Good breakfast, clean staff really nice and friendly. I will stay at this location again. Public transportation close and London Gatwing airport really close.
