We requested an early check in as we had just flown for 18 hours and were exhausted. The front staff were able to accommodate us (thank you!) and after a short nap, explored a bit. The room we got was great, the hotel is a four minute walk from Heathrow Terminal 4 (we checked), and the restaurant choices in house were nice. I would totally recommend.

Great and helpful staff, all-inclusive full choice breakfast options, attached to Terminal 4 (limited outdoor place to walk as its part of the airport) however access to lots of shops and other Terminals. Preferred this Holiday Inn to the one off site on Bath Row - next to the Staybridge (Staybridge was better).

Instead of 1 night stay was there 3 nights as winter storms in states delayed my return. My room was very comfortable. The included breakfast was a welcome plus. Was disappointed to learn all the big terminal shops were past security so couldn't do that. Staff was great. My experience was great. If ever I need to stay overnight at Heathrow will gladly return.

It was advertised that there was a free shuttle to terminal 2. What ther don’t say is that it doesn’t open untilm7:30am, and if you have an early Morning flight, you’ll have to pay.
