Comfortable bed, shower and bathroom facilities good. Nice breakfast. Unfortunately nowhere to stretch one's legs as it is at the airport. At the end of a long journey it is a good place to rest and recuperate.

Check-in and check-out were smooth. The room was clean. There was no complementary water in the room which we expected. No one picked up calls from the room to the reception in couple of different times and I had to come down to talk in the reception.

Very easy to get when arriving at Heathrow by train. A few minures walk from the departure level to the hotel. Hotel room was adequate and a reasonable choice for breakfast, a couple of choices fir an evening meal
