Our room was on inside of building and we didn’t hear one plane over 2 nights. Clean. Great having two restaurants in building. Free hot buffet breakfast. Use a free subway to transfer to other terminals. Bed was nice size but a little harder than I’m use to. Right beside all other hotels and they all are a five minute walk.

This was an convenient hotel for our purposes, considering we were only staying overnight. I found everything that was expected, no complains. I would say that they were old stains in our carpet and some furnitures even though everything in the room looked quite recent.

Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn Express side by side. V good walk to t4 in 5 mins, for Skyteam Airlines. CP side is better, but tge rooms nothing special, Club lounge is poor, just deep fried starters and soft drinks, one red!1 white wine type. Breakfast is just cheap.processed food, CP fresh cooked better quality. But staff cannot be bothered, not helpful at times rude. Hand gel statipns always empty, despite signs as to how clean it is...every atay the same.. Poorly managed, only advantage is quiet, near to Terminal. They have a Constant queue of British Airways passengers from delayed and cancelled flights, with a dedicated line for that! Only good for 5 mins to check in desks. Nothing changes, or improves over 2 urs! Not meet a 3 star other hotel nr LHR. Management needs to wake up, and staff need training! Breakfast cheap processed one wine

I just needed a hotel free to get to from the airport for an overnight connection at Heathrow. This was manageable from/to terminal 2 and much cheaper and better-sounding than Aerotel (no windows!). Airport was very well marked from arrivals to the free train to the hotel. To less than 30 minutes from the hotel to departures at terminal 2 in the morning by the free train connection and walking. The staff was friendly and got us checked in quickly. Hotel was beautiful, room was small but very nice (plenty of room for my toddler and me plus luggage and stroller), big windows looking at terminal 4 with no noise, bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows, bathroom was also small but well-designed and had body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in big pump bottles. Lobby restaurant was open until 10pm and had a nice selection. Free breakfast was almost empty when I went at 5am and had many choices. If I had to transit again through Heathrow, I’d choose this hotel again for sure.

Allow extra time to get to other Terminals
The location sounds great--right there in Terminal 4. However, it's quite a long walk from the Tube--and not all Picadilly line trains stop at Terminal 4, potentially adding to the travel time required. Then in the morning, the options to get to other terminals (in my case Terminal 5) were not great. The public bus is £6.80 (not a bad price), but only runs every half hour, then takes about an hour to get to Terminal 5. It stops at every possible hotel along the way and takes a very circuitous route. I ended up getting there much later than expected and had a stressful check-in experience. The room was not extremely clean. Little bits of dirt here and there in the bathroom, and the shower drained very slowly.
