This hotel was ideal for our family trip to London. Easy walking distance from the train station and so very convenient access to central London. Amazing shopping centre just 5 minute walk away. Hotel rooms clean and hotel very quiet meaning we got an excellent night sleep. Self service breakfast was included in our stay and was delicious. We particularly loved the pancake making machine. Would absolutely recommend for families visiting London. We will definitely be back

Lovely hotel and the staff are excellent and very friendly, we went for breakfast,it was extremely busy but plenty of food available. We went back to our room immediately after breakfast and our room had been cleaned.
