Reservation Canceled Without Notice
I booked a stay at the Holiday Inn in through Hotels.com, choosing the ‘pay at property’ option. After a two-hour drive from and arriving late at night, I was shocked to find that my reservation had been canceled. The hotel attempted to charge my card in the morning, but when it didn’t go through, they canceled the booking without any attempt to contact me. To make things worse, I had an early event the next morning, but the only alternative they provided was a hotel that 45-minute drive away. This forced me to wake up even earlier and drive again in the morning, making an already long night even more exhausting. Overall, the lack of communication and disregard for guest convenience was very disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend booking here if you’re relying on pay-at-property or need certainty about your reservation.

Hotel is under construction. We were placed in a wing where every other room was being gutted. There was paint and drywall pieces /dust everywhere in the hall. Room doesn’t have e a closet or dresser so no where to put clothes. And the heater was extremely loud. Couldn’t sleep.
