This was a great location for a short stay near Heathrow Airport. My only complaint was returning back to my room after being out for dinner and finding someone from housekeeping in my room. She said she was restocking supplies but everything was just the same as when I left. Fortunately nothing was missing but I’m not happy with the occurrence.

I loved the location, price, and the late check in and checkout! My only complaints are having to pay extra for breakfast and the bed was kind of hard, not easy for an old body like mine, but everything else about it was great!

I was only at the property for a few hours, as I arrived late at night (around 12 a.m.) and departed at 5 a.m. the next morning. So, anything written here should be taken with a grain of salt. The property was dated but clean. The staff was friendly: They arranged a taxi for me the following morning without any issue. I was placed in an accessible room, presumably because it was available for the night. I cannot speak to its merits as to accessibility. However, the room was spacious and clean and seemed to have the usual accouterments for accessible spaces. The hallways had a bit of a strange smell, but that wasn't too noticeable in the room.

This hotel is very outdated. The furniture looks like it’s from the 1980s and does not look appealing at all. Had to switch my room after check in as the TV, outlets and phone weren’t working in my original room and the second room was barely better. Thankfully I had only booked this for one night as I was departing the next day but it fell short even for the one night.

I loved it! the service was good, they offered breakfast and dinner, what's not likely to happen in other hotels. The room was pretty and had a TV with different streaming platforms. I would choose it again in my future trips. That's how good I was attended.

It does what it’s supposed to. The staff make a positive difference here. It’s a basic hotel amongst many others on the same road but the willingness to meet a travellers expectations is great. Great value for money.
