When I arrived at reception I was told the hotel was overbooked so I would be taken to another hotel. I then had to wait for 45 minutes for a taxi to take me to another hotel....not a good experience.

Very clean and spacious room. The bed was so comfortable and the linen so soft, amazing (I have found this with other Hyatts). Great shower and toiletries. Appreciate the 12 noon check-out. Would definitely recommend and will stay again if in the area.

What a hotel! When we arrived (10 minutes before check in time) our room wasn’t quite ready but staff were friendly, helpful & made sure we were comfortable & had complimentary drinks whilst we waited. They also added a complimentary breakfast to our stay to make up for it. They really did go above & beyond. We will definitely stay again & would like to thank Hyatt Regency Stratford for a wonderful stay!

What a fab hotel right in the heart of Stratford, near to lots of restaurants and bars, a perfect location. Our room was large and well set-up. A few more teabags in the room would have been nice, although this was replenished the following day.

Great stay, perfect for Stratford. My only small gripes were that the room lacks a lot of the toiletries etc you would expect for a hotel of this standard. Also, the air conditioning decided to increase itself overnight causing me to wake. Otherwise fabulous.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Upon checking in, the bathroom had a strong, unpleasant odor and the towels smelled like vinegar. I immediately brought this to the staff’s attention, but instead of offering a proper solution such as changing the towels or cleaning the room, they simply offered me an air freshener. This is unacceptable for a hotel stay, especially at check-in when the room should be in its best condition. A more proactive approach and better customer service would have made a huge difference. Unfortunately, this experience left a negative impression and I will likely consider other options next time.

We had a really nice stay at this hotel for my partner’s birthday. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. The room was clean, spacious and very comfy. The hotel is also in a great location with the shopping centre entrance just seconds away and lots of restaurants on the plaza.
