Great hotel and location but breakfast not great.

The hotel was lovely and the view from the top was amazing. Really enjoyed the stay. However, the breakfast was disappointing - cold plates and very little bread for toast - with a very slower toaster! The breakfast wasn’t worth what we paid. We would definitely recommend the hotel and its location for the theatres. We come again.

The room was very very small and cramped. It stank like drain and i complained but no one came to do anything , when i left i complained and they did not offer any service or refund.

The staff was very nice and friendly and it is prime location. The room wasn’t clean enough, reception and rooms floor doesn’t smell good, elevators are very slow and no toilet in the reception floor.

We had a great stay at the hotel indigo, the staff were great and attended to any of our needs including always accommodating my service dog [Coco]. I would definitely recommend this place and will be staying again whenever in London.

Excellent location coupled with a very attentive staff. The towels are the cheapest towels I have ever had in a hotel. Also, the rug in the room needs to be replaced or deep shampoo.

Wonderful art deco hotel in the middle of everything. Lovely staff. Small rooms but it’s central London… the rooftop bar was going to be incredible for New Years fireworks but alas, it was booked out to a private party. Wish I’d known before I spent $600 on the room. We made our way down to the Thames amongst 800,000 people.
