Absolute shambles, this hotel should be shut down for health and safety, there is mould everywhere, holes in the bath (not the plug hole), splashes all over backboard and stained beds. Netting was meant to be white but loads of yellow stains, just avoid
The only nice area in this hotel is the lobby. Mould in the bathroom, windows which can’t be opened or closed because handles are broken, bags of clean and dirty laundry piled up in the corridor which is also a fire hazard. Shame because the hotel is in nice area in Central London.
It doesn't look like the pictures at all, you can see that the cleaning staff is trying but the place looks like it's never been renovated, hopeless windows, hideous curtains as if they were pulled out of the trash. Camp bed, TV was there but the remote control was without batteries. Shower curtain covered in stains, it's scary to touch anything. I regret not reading all the reviews before paying. Good lesson for the future.
The room was too hot but if you opened the window it was noisy. Did have a problem with a leaving toilet which was resolved very quickly. Generally clean but pipework and skirtings dusty
This is a scam. The hotel is soo run down that i was in the room for about 5 minutes and decided to go else where. The windows didnt shut in tbe room there was blood on the net curtains. Wall paper hanging off. The hallways and stairwells were in such a bad condition. My friends who also stay felt unsafe so we all decided to leave. Im a well seasoned traveller and have baclpacked across Asia and Australia staying in hostels and dorm rooms but this by far the worst hotel i have ever stayed in.
The receptionnist was nice and polite and check in was straightforward but landing from the lift was disgusting with landery gathered just in front of the lift + the carpet is very old and unclean, the room itself is okay thanks to the wooden floor but the bathroom has dirty curtain and broken toilet. There was no flush handle so one had to put the hand inside to be able to flush the toilets. The bathroom door doesn't close properly neither the one for the wardrobe.Maintenance is highly needed in order to make this hotel operational. I wouldn't recommend it to someone that is looking for a nice weekend away as it will put you in bad moon and ruin your time away.
Mould on all appliances, did not look same as photos, plastic bag over smoke alarm and walls covered in smoke damage from previous guests smoking in the room, tampon found on floor in room, so bad that we left 15 mins after we arrived, should close down it was that bad
