What a lovely property! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Melia. The service was excellent and the location was perfect, as it was close to the tube and lovely restaurants/cafes. We felt very safe in the area. The decor of the hotel was tastefully done. It smelled so good in the lobby and the fresh flowers were such an elegant touch. The breakfast every morning was very delicious as well. The rooms are nicely furnished, but small and cozy. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay here and our room was pretty spacious in our opinion. Love the little bed they made for my 4 years old. Walkable to the Kensington garden and close to a lot of shops and restaurants. It's pretty convenient in my opinion. The only downside is that the bathroom need a little upgrade and they need to do a better job on cleaning it as well. Especially the grout and corner areas due to there are built up molds. The bottom door looked pretty worn out too.. Overall. A good stay. Other than that. The room in general is pretty spacious and clean.

We stayed at a Meliá hotel in Madrid two years ago and really enjoyed the experience. So, when we saw this one available in Kensington—our favorite spot in London—we decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed. From the timely communication with management, who responded promptly to our questions, to the smooth check in-out process, every aspect of our stay was handled with utmost professionalism. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was superb, and the staff overall was very attentive. We will definitely stay there again.

The property was super convenient. Buses, underground station and cabs all within a block. Very quiet area, we loved it. Hotel is clean, staff was wonderful and helpful and our room was small but efficient. Would love to visit again!

Location is great but rooms are like JAIL compared to other hotels close by . Pictures don’t match what you see with both eyes! Staff were kind and helpful expect the lady who did my check in. She wasn’t helpful at all. I’m glad I did not book entire 10 nights at Melia …. After 3 nights I booked at walking distance hotels the Bailey and it was excellent.
