Clean, quiet, spacious rooms. We had 3 adults in a 2 double bed room with an extra rool away bed, and had lots of room to move around eachother. Courtyard view is not impressive. Small and looks into other room that are close by. Would benefit from frosted windows for privacy but allowing daylight through. No access to courtyard. No restaurant on site but many in the area. Market accross from lobby entrance is great. Lots of restaurant choices within walking distance. Beautiful reclaimed brick wall as feature in our room. Nice decore. Cleane but very dusty on chandelier and light fixtures etc. Enjoyed our experience.

While visiting London we stayed at Metro. 4th floor is great - either facing market or row of buildings. Small property (21 loft rooms) and quiet(except one all day/night outside Latin Festival next door). Beautiful room with large windows, open concept with large tub and shower in the room. In room wi-fi. No parking at location (have to pay $1.25 to unload in front if you can find a spot on a busy weekday/weekend day) but overnight is across the street in a private public garage. A little bit of a walk. Outside is Covent Market to shop for fresh food items and Farmers Market on Sat.and Can Life Place for hockey or concerts. Great stay!

I was very pleased at how quiet the room was considering I was beside the elevator. I was annoyed at the lack of food considering you feel you are a 4 star hotel. Plus I had to carry my take out food from the garage to the hotel, very awkward considering I am disabled. I was extremely uncomfortable in the underground parking, and stairwells. Check out was a breeze and I really appreciated you providing a card in my room that paid for the parking.

Lovely large modern room. I was in room 403 on the top floor. I found the room a little noisy due to the hotel mechanical system which may be on the roof. Had to use ear plugs. The area around the hotel is sketchy.

For some reason they gave away our room stating our card was bad, but we have 2 active cards on file. She did however state they had another room available and it was right beside my daughters room… Hmmmm? Anyway, for the short time we were in the room it was very comfy!
