Awesome Stay

This was part of a 39 day journey in eleven countries. We stayed in a number of hotels and this was our favorite! The staff was friendly and were over and beyond helpful - especially Dan and Mario. I had several problems (WiFi, printing documents) and they were patient and made sure I was satisfied. Also, the breakfast buffet was over the top with fresh & delicious choices. We could walk to most of the places we wanted to explore. The room was comfortable and best shower!

LOVED the location and breakfast buffet every morning. Located close to Victoria station which made it convenient to get around town on the Tube. Went to the Victoria Theater for a show, which was an easy walk. Plenty of food options around the hotel and walking distance to Buckingham Palace. Would recommend the stay

It is located near the Victoria Coach and Underground Stations. Only instant coffee in room. Pillows are flat, bed was comfortable. No face cloths to was face and body with. We requested wake up calls on four days, one day we didn't get a call and needed to catch a bus at 7:30 AM, luckily we barely made it.
