Really pleased with the stay at Hotel Riu Plaza London Victoria. The hotel is clean, modern and generally a really nice place with an upscale ambiance. Breakfast was great. A good selection of food available and all was hot and fresh. Can’t fault this hotel. Would happily stay again and would recommend without hesitation.

The buffet was great but only 1 elevator to go to restaurant or you could use the main elevators and cross the street. Shower door was loose. Housekeeping offered to try and fix it but was unabke to.

Hotel as a whole was great. I'd expect better coffee options in the room. A couple instant coffees and shelf stable milk sachets do not make a happy morning. Breakfast was okay. Staff was lovely, room was clean, location cant be beat.

For the price you pay for a room you can get better somewhere else , they don’t even give you water in the room . Instead they tell you to drink from the bathroom sink . No fair after I paid 330 usd for 8 hrs of sleep . They have no expresos machine , nothing complimentary… thanks god it was only one night , we spent other nights at different hotel with glass of champagne just as a welcome courtesy.

Was within walking distance from Victoria station l rather like that what l didn't like was the late cleaning of rooms and the lack of attention to the little things like for example.replacing coffee and milk etc
