When we arrived at the hotel we could instantly see how dirty the property was. We got there late so had no choice but to stay the night. The room was even worse. The carpet had not been vacuumed at all, there were stains all over the floor and curtains, hair in the shower, and a big brown stain on the pillow. Hotels.com was the only positive about this stay. They were able to help us get a refund for our unstated nights. I would not recommend this hotel to ANYONE. Stay far away if you have any cleanliness standards at all.

Specify meals at check in

I was charged for breakfast even though I did not eat it. Be sure to specify when you check in because the person at checkout told me my charges could not be correct after my receipt was printed. It made no sense to me because how would I have known that before I saw my receipt?!

Nice and clean, perfect for a short stay. Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The hotel itself felt very safe and the location was very walkable and close to lots of dining and things to do.

Room is a little small but fine, Cleanliness is a bit average as requested a refresh/new towels and never happened. Had to ask a second time for towels which wasn’t ideal. location is great super close to Spitalfields markets and about a 10min walk to Liverpool station which suited us perfectly

Hotellet og personalet var helt fantastisk. Men bildet av superior rom som vi bestilte på Hotels.com finnes ikke på dette hotellet. Det var opplyst at det var stort vindu og vannkoker. Det var det ikke.

We hebben de ontbijt wel betaald met boeken maar niet gekregen.we hebben nogmaals betaald in hotel.ontbijt was heel simpel met inchecken hadden ze problemen in systeem we krijgen geen pasje.achteraf gaven ze ons wel eentje.kamers zouden ze 12 uur schoonmaken ook dat gebeurde niet..straat is ook erg druk
