Front desk staff were fighting with taxi driver over their commission. Our family felt like a piece of chicken. It was a mess, we felt cheated and the staff only cared about their commission from taxi driver. I paid 90. Pounds to travel from central London to hotel. BUT paid 30 pounds to go one mile to airport. Paid 38 pounds for an awful chicken sandwich and fries . We felt riped off.

I recently stayed one night at the London Hyatt Heathrow, and it was a perfect choice before my flight. The room was incredibly quiet, which made for a restful night's sleep—just what I needed. I also appreciated the convenience of having halal KFC delivered right to my room. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the check-in and check-out process was a breeze.
