Terrible! No WiFi. Requested few time for help but no result. Had to visit main counter three times as phone line dead. After few requests, they change the room with no phone. Left hotel in the evening in disgust! Never expected from Hayyat 😫

Food was delicious but had trouble receiving service. The server visited the table next to us twice and never stopped by to welcome, see if we'd like something to drink or eat. I had to go to the counter to order.

Excellent customer service. Ease of check in which was wonderful to have as I arrived late at night. Very helpful and accommodating staff, were open to adapting services to suit my specific needs. Transportation to and fro airport easy, although no complimentary shuttle which would definitely set them apart from competitors. Overall really impressed and would come back.
