The apartments were disgustingly dirty, the walls, blinds, sink, everything filthy. Springs had gone in 1 of the beds. Everything needed a lick of paint/maintenance. Photos must be old on their advertising. If it wasn’t late in the evening we would have stayed somewhere else & walked out
The room was on basement level next to bins horible view.
The cupboard was unfuncional coudnt use the draw.
The room needed a bit of tlc as the walls were cracked and radiator was chipped.
Bathroom was dirty the was poo marks on tve floor.
Bed was to sort for my liking and only got given 1 pillow that sunk in the bed.
However the kitchen was functional for the days we were there and the radiators wen they worked were a treat in the cold nights
Also the bedding was beutiful and clean.
However the service was ok

Acceptable and better than expected. I will book again if the price is within the range.
My room looked nothing like the photos on the property website.
It was absolutely filthy and I didn’t want to touch anything. When I sat on the bed, the mattress felt about 2 inches thick and I could feel the railings underneath. I didn’t get a decent night sleep any of the three nights.
Was extremely dirty and I did not even want to use any of the appliances. I laid towels down in the bathroom as I didn’t want to touch the floor. I tried not to use the toilet while I was there either. It was disgusting.
It is an ideal hotel for West London. Rooms compact and basic. However there is a fridge, hob and microwave in room. The rooms not servi ed during the stay.

I LIKED having a lift since I was on the 4th floor. I LIKED the location because it was convenient to bus and Tube stations. I LIKED the area because there were lots of shopping options. The room was larger than most I've stayed in while in London but it looked shoddy. The fridge had only one temperature: icy. Everything froze if left overnite. The bath was clean enough but the shower walls needed retiling. The mattress was old and creaky. I had to request a hair dryer and was told I'd have to wait for one not in use. The kitchen had old utensils and inadequate for simple use. Lastly, the house phone was disabled by management because patrons misused the service (I thought that's what a house phone is for). All in all, I think management was out for themselves and did not have patrons needs as a priority. I would not recommend it to anyone. My niece is travelling to London this summer and I told her to avoid this place.
I wasn’t expecting hotel standards for our stay .we booked only for one night to visit the royal Albert hall . Location wise it was very close and convenient.
But i would highly recommend anyone not to stay here.
The room itself was dark and dingy not at all like the photos on the website . Toilet was dirty with stains the bed seemed to be broken on one side and slanted which was less than ideal. The view outside our window was just a scaffolding building site. But even after all that I thought it’s only one night it won’t be that bad .
This place seems to attracts all sorts of people that show lack of respect for others, it comes across more like a bedsit for the homeless . we were woken up at 0300 from loud music and shouting
There was a party happening next door to our room. They were letting in people from outside so multiple people were in the corridor.
People were banging on doors . Smoking weed and god knows what else . Felt really unsafe and not happy at all.
Me and the Mrs didn’t sleep and was a really stressful situation to be in.
When we explained the situation to reception they were unhelpful and didn’t seem bothered in the slightest .
We have to take it up through management to try and get a refund. But we’ve had no reply. We feel robbed and it ruined our stay in London.
