Average experience but what I expected. Staff were helpful and friendly and the hotel room was clean, and breakfast was perfectly standard, but the bed was uncomfortable to sleep on and the room very cold even with heating.

The room really small, don't even have any cabinet or place to put our luggage. There is no hot water boiler, no free coffee or tea or even water bottle in the room. Hair dryer need to go to reception to borrow. When I open a bit of the window it will be super noisy because the hotel near the highway. Even shut the window still noisy make me difficult to sleep. The light in the room really not enough. Not suggest this hotel for stay by this price.

1. The payment is only by card; No cash accepted. This was not mentioned when we have reserved. I report this, because I brought cash with me and luckily, I had my card. 2. The electric plug for the shaver was unfunctional in my room. I have reported the problem to the reception, but nothing was done.

We booked a single room for three adults. The room was tiny, nothing like advertised. no air-conditioning at all. No enough space. Also, the hotel is located too far from the barking city.
