Convenient hotel for airport.

A very good airport option with a bus stop 2 minites away to Heathrow and only takes 15 minutes. Good service and room was fine.

Clean but very cold

My room had everything I needed and was clean with good bathroom. However it was very cold! When I arrived, the heating was off and the temperature was 9C. I immediately turned the heating on and set the thermostat to 20C. However, it took a long time to warm up - I had to keep my coat on for about 3 hours and 6 hours later when I went to sleep, the temperature was still only 15C. Fortunately there was an extra duvet. (For reference it was about 0C outside, not unusual for January).
