We only booked for one night to catch a flight in the late afternoon. We arrived pretty late and at 7 am the fire alarm start going. We had to evacuate the building and spent almost 1 hour outside. They couldn't locate the problem. At the end was not a fire apparently!

Overall experience was good. would definitely go back.. However we had to go back to reception a few times.. first he gave us wrong key.. second time we had to ask for another room as there was a strong smell of paint or varnish.. the male receptionist in full uniform was quite rude about it.. a few eye rolls and irrelevant comments.. Thank god for the other receptionist who gave us a room in just a few minutes and was polite.. and we didnt have any issues after that..

Overnight stay
Just had an overnight stay before leaving from Heathrow Terminal 4. The hotel was clean and tidy, a very comfortable bed and the room ws equipped with a kettle and tea and coffee. There was a cafe area and bar but we diud not use those. Altogether grest vslue for money and reslly cliee to Terminal 4.

There was not help for luggage we was struggling with our suitcase and 2 children. Ask to see if they could help and got told no. Ask them to call and book a taxi for us as we needed to leave at 3:30 but they gave us 3 numbers that do not work. Told the receptionist and was told that's the number we all use
