Ideal to have a large room for three family members. With bus stops right outside of the hotel enabled quick access into central London by bus, or to the nearest tube station just over a mile away. The check in was smooth, but we arrived when there was no one else checking in. Food was adequate and breakfast was enjoyable. Staff polite and hardworking and always smiling. Will use this specific hotel again.

If your goal is just to be close to the airport, the location is okay. For anything else, I wouldn’t recommend it. The carpet was stained, the elevator was out of order, and when taking a shower the whole bathroom got wet since there’s no enclosed shower.
