Good price. I couldn't get into my room so waited in the breakfast room. The music was horrible: one song over and over with a one sentence lyric for half an hour. Then a similar one. Shut it off!

A good stay for the price. Not far from airport, with public or shuttle buses to, from the airport just outside hotel Hotel was basic, but very clean and staff very helpfull. What food we had was reasonably price. (Apple crumble and custard was excellent!) I would be happy to stay at this hotel again.

Hotel is in a great location and ideal for what we needed it for. The lady at reception when we checked in did not seem happy to be there, no smile and not very welcoming. We did like the room, it was very clean and perfect for the 1 night stay. The dining was awful. The restaurant was clean but the servers were not very helpful, the food is very overpriced, the portions are small, the fries were rock solid and the food was like it was just brought from Tesco down the road and shoved in the microwave. We had the sauces taken off us because another table wanted them so clearly did not have enough supply for more than a few tables. We will consider staying here again due to the convenience of it but will jump at the chance of staying somewhere else if the price is right because this hotel has many improvements to make. If we do stay here again, we will not be using the bar/restaurant as we felt it was appalling.

For a one night stay, close to Heathrow it suited our needs. The prices in the bar/dining room were very high. We had one drink there then walked to the Tescos for sandwiches and a bottle of wine! Bed was comfy, room was clean, shower was great.

So this wasn’t to far from the tube, a little over a mile. The area wasn’t bad. The property wasn’t horrible either. Their food wasn’t great and their drinks were super expensive. With that being said, they did fix their broken elevator really fast. They also took care of a noise complain within minutes (banging had been going on for at least 30 min). Wasn’t anything special but if we were to go to London again, we’d stay there. Bring your own washcloth (none provided) and soap (their soap isn’t good at all lol). For the price though, I can’t talk overly bad about it.
