I like how inexpensive this hotel is. It is in an excellent location, near the High Street in Hounslow, near the Central Hounslow Tube Station, and near London Heathrow Airport. It is right next to a Tesco Market. The room was basic but clean, and the bed was comfortable. The television options were very limited. The Front Desk was very nice and very helpful. There was complementary coffee and water, and breakfast is inexpensive and all you can eat. This is a great budget option for travelers on a limited budget who want to see one of the world's great cities.

Waited ages for reception to return to check us in as we had been out at an event . We asked for more pillows , they never arrived and you could hear every sound from every room . When we checked out . No morning or anything from the staff . Worst sleep I’ve ever had . I know it’s a budget hotel but standards should be a lot better

The first room I was given was stinking of cigarettes, like an old ashtray. The second room had what looked like some sort of bug crawling about the bed and floor. I would never recommend this Hotel to anyone.
