The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful when assistance needed to book transport. The quality of the breakfast was outstanding and although the evening dining options were limited ,there were plenty of alternative options nearby.

Ibis Excel Docklands

Staff are very welcoming and look after you well. Rooms are very good, and well presented and clean. Great location, very easy access to O2 arena. Enough shops and food outlets close by. Definitely worth it, and I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

This stay was planned last minute due to a holiday cancellation, however my stay blew my expectations. The hotel staff made me and my partner feel welcome from beginning to the end through out weekend stay making my birthday extra special we will be returning again.

If you're going to an event at the Excel center this is the perfect location. There is plenty of food and a coffee shop all in walking distance. The hotel also has a bar and restaurant. The bed was a little hard, but room was bigger than expected.

Very friendly hotel in fantastic location. We travelled with our dog and were welcome in all areas of the hotel, a refreshing change which made our stay super relaxing. Staff very thoughtful, nice bar area and gluten-free food options also a big bonus. Room was well appointed and quiet. Very happy we chose this hotel, excellent value for money and only a short tube ride from central London.

I stay at about 30 hotels a year and the staff that worked in the evening and morning I was there were better than any others I have experienced. Caveat being I generally stay in the 70-150 a night hotel. Really friendly and helpful. Great service
