Nice, safe town (Greenwich) with lots to do and easily accessible to London. International plugs would have been nicer than making us all waste 10 pounds on cheap plastic plug adapters we are all going to throw out afterwards.
We stayed here following a concert at the O2, and it was a great choice! The hotel was close by a bus stop directly heading to the venue, and we had no problems getting to or from.
The hotel was clean, staff were friendly, the beds were comfy and the rooms relatively quiet. We don't have any complaints for a relatively cheap stay!
Ideal for visiting o2 arena. Room quite small though. Tv protruding from wall at bottom of the bed hence kept catching it walking past and unhinged it from the wall.
Onr bedside light not working
Stayed here for a concert at O2, took no more than 20 minutes on the bus to get to O2 from hotel and cost £1.70! Hotel is really close to Cutty Dark, Greenwich market eyc
Loved the bed. Really comfortable, but the room was cold and no hearing system and no extra duvé or spread in december. That was too bad.
The staff are friendly.
Booked a family room, designed for three and I was travelling with my 14 year old son. The room was very small, severe lack of storage space etc. I could not imagine having three people in it.
Limited dining options. Bad smell coming from bathroom basin. TV was not connected to any internet service nor network so very limited viewing (we had 2 family rooms).
The rooms were extremely expensive for the general condition and services provided.
The bed was comfortable and large. The rooms were small.
Overall, £450 for 2 rooms, 1 night. We expected better.
Out g6irst time un Greenwich and we loved it. The hotel staff were really welcoming and couldn't have been more professional. A great stay. We'll definitely be back. Thank you!
Having to log into Internet multiple times a day by submitting an email address is not a good solution in a hotel. Charging to hold luggage if you arrive a couple hours before the room is ready is another way of making your guest feel like money pinching is what the hotel is about and not hospitality.
