The room smelled heavily of smoke and, even though we were moved into another room, it still smelled of smoke.

Property and staff were great. Restaurant was open till 12:30am which I think which is very convenient. Price, distance to and options getting from Heathrow made this an easy choice. The only 'complaint', and this seems to be a trend across European hotels, is the 'half door ' on the showers. Water ultimately sprays onto the main bathroom floor which is messy and dangerous. You then need to turn use good towels to stand on afterwards. This can't be cost effective for the hotels and its not a pleasant experience for the guests.
