Check in staff was amazing, one of the most helpful and friendly experience I've ever had in a hotel. Rooms are very small and basic but ok for one night stay. My only issue really was the mattress, a bit uncomfortable.

Very dirty hotel room. Beds are very hard and uncomfortable. The floors are so dirty. Hot in the rooms with no air conditioning.

A real pearl in the hotel business oyster

It was excellent !! Kudos to Keziah at the front desk/reception area. What a great ambassador she is for your hotel. So helpful and with a winning smile :-) Great hire !! One minor comment … your blow dryers leave slot to be desired. Spend the money on upgrades :)
