Super convenient for my overnight stay between flights. Room was a good size, big bathroom, loved the quirky 'flight' touches. Quiet. Nice breakfast. Taxi they booked for me was fancy but reasonably priced. Would stay again.

I have never been to a hotel where it was not possible to charge the phones or I pad. The hotel does not have any regular outlets and the only ones provided in the room did not fit our I phone 15. I went to the desk downstairs and they told me they did not have regular electric outlets. How can a hotel have such an inconvenient and outdated system. First time ever I was not happy with a hotel since using Expedia for decades.

Good value, huge room, we were given an accessible room which wasn’t a requirement, it was fine but the bathroom wasn’t the best design - sink far too close to the toilet which was a bit weird - and the bed wasn’t very comfy, but the staff were good and it was good for what we paid

The perfect place to stay if you are leaving early or arriving late into Heathrow. The rooms are lovely and there is a small bar and restaurant. The only weird thing is the person at the check in desk is practically hidden from view behind the computer screen.
