I made a last minute change to my trip and needed a quick stay in London for the night. The hotel was quiet, clean, and comfortable and very close to the airport which was my main concern. There is plenty of walkable transit around that can get you into the city within an hour. I didn't get to try any breakfast as my flight was early, but I have stayed at many Ibis throughout Europe and I would absolutely stay at this one again. Everyone was friendly and helpful for my short stay.

The hotel is clean, kind, and welcoming staff. We only stayed here overnight after a late return from Paris to be near Heathrow. We had a great sleep. Beds very comfy, room was very clean and looked new. The bathroom was roomy and very clean as well. I'd definitely stay with Ibis again. My daughter even said we should've stayed at Ibis in Paris. It was right next to our hotel. I like the modern deco. The price is also very reasonable.

Hotel is okay for one night stay and going to Heathrow to catch a flight. The staff are not very knowledgeable or helpful specially if you are female travellers. Breakfast too expensive for what you get and the restaurant is not part of the hotel so you have to pay separately. I will not stay here again.

Requested cot prior to arrival as was due to arrive at my baby’s bedtime . Cot wasn’t in room N took 15 mins to arrive . I guess wasn’t a priority even though I asked to even carry it myself so it could be quicker . When it arrived it was absolutely disgusting marks on mesh , broken n wobbly had to put a chair next to it . So the hotel makes all that money and can’t afford a new travel cot ? Ridiculous!! Room was located in a very inconvenient place in the annexe . Mould n rust in bathroom .just a terrible stay

The room was not clean, and the worst is that no WiFi on the floor they put us in. I badly needed internet to follow up on urgent matters and make some reservations for my next flight, called the helps desk three times and they kept saying it will be fixed, left the hotel and WiFi was still not working
