This was an amazing hotel. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Easy to walk to Buckingham Palace and Hyde Park. Taxis are easily accessible when needed. Big bus tour stop 1 is right up the street! Very clean, beautiful hotel!

Wonderful vacation. I stay in hotels all over Europe. One of my favorites by far. What impressed me most was how quiet the rooms were!

Good hotel but cold rooms!

The service is always excellent from the staff. The only negative was the temperature of the rooms. They were freezing and the control thermostat made no difference. Even called the engineer and it made no change. This was the same in my colleagues room on a different floor. It was end of February we stayed.
