Absolutely beautiful property. Gorgeous grounds. Wonderful service from front desk to room service to dining room in morning. The breakfast buffet was superb. A MUST to enjoy. Truly a hidden gem in the heart on London. Thank you for providing such a relaxing delightful stay.

Needs some tlc and renew the furniture

I upgraded us to a suite and paid more but sadly the furniture was badly scratched and water damaged. The chairs need a good deep clean . The bed and beddibg were great and comfortable. The soap does not lather well and sadly the toilet took long to flush and was noisy.

The first room was terrible outdated AC system lamps had bulb blown out, building and carpets extremely old .Wifi was choppy , internet connectivity was poor . Lighting was very poor Finally had to change the room and it was much better in different part of the building
