5 Stars – Perfect Family Stay at Leonardo Hotel

We had a fantastic experience staying at the Leonardo Hotel in a family room. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The family room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully arranged — perfect for our needs. The beds were very comfortable, and the extra touches like a coffee/tea station and plenty of towels made a big difference. Our kids loved the space, and we appreciated how quiet and relaxing the room felt after a long day of sightseeing. The location was ideal, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. We felt very well looked after throughout our stay and would absolutely recommend Leonardo Hotel to families looking for comfort, convenience, and great service. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Bed bugs - I went to this hotel for the third time as there were 2 really good stays … I will not be visiting again . Woke at 5am to find a bedbug on my bed - called a sleepy reception to then be told that he will make maintenance aware … I asked for a call for the manager to discuss what happened and what they were going to do about it and possibly receive an apology … I haven’t had a call …. Sorry but this is my experience and it’s really disappointing

Staff were fabulous

Stay was as good as always. Blaize and Nicky were amazing at getting me upgraded and checked in early so I had time to get ready for a wedding. Rooms were clean and the bed was so comfortable.

I loved staying at the hotel when it was a Jury's Inn and visited many times .I thought the staff were so great and I was pleased to see familiar faces in the new Leonardo Hotel .It had the same feel but felt upgraded .I had a good sleep and a wonderful breakfast .Hope I can stay again soon .It feels like a very pleasant place to stay in a peculiar town .A mix of new and neglected buildings and urban mess .Love the trams and I feel a connection with the area as I grew up here .I hope the vision for the surrounding buildings and streets can compliment the fantastic hotel
