The staff was amazing! The rooms were spacious (especially by Londo’s standards) and clean. Such a delightful spot in a great location close to the Tube. Highly recommend.

Good location + proximity to tube station. However, staff is condescending and rude. Many rooms are also equipped with "open showers" with no shower doors so water floods the bathroom while showering. Would not stay again, but the attitude of the staff demonstrates they are used to one-time travelers only.

The rooms were perfectly fine and gave us a good resting place. The property is very well located, a short walk from an underground station on the circle and district lines. We could also easily walk to Hyde Park, the Victoria and Albert Museum, and the Royal Albert Music Hall. This was what we really valued about this hotel. The staff were lovely and very helpful. We did not breakfast in the hotel, so I can’t speak to that experience. All in all, this was a perfect hotel for the location and comfort we needed.

Noticed lots of street and traffic noises in this basement room but good light from large windows. Room size was ample for one double bed but only had a stool, no chair. Staff very personable and helpful loaning me an adapter for charging my electronics. Great walkable location for tube, Waitrose and many eateries.

Location good for seeing the sites. Hotel functional for a two night stay. Rooms small and sound insulation poor as we were kept awake by room above. Every footstep could be heard. Bed was comfortable but no beside table so customers used dressing table stool which was stained. Reception staff were helpful and efficient. Hotel is a 5 minute walk from Gloucester road tube station.

Never again!

Very small room in the basement, had to climb over dirty laundry and laundry bags to get to my room. No warning that the room was an inside room without a window to the outside! Only window went to another room without direct light.
