Lovely hotel staff very helpful and courteous. Breakfasts are unfortunately another matter. Food was cold and not replenished quickly enough. No coffee or tea as machine broken. Shoud of had something else in place apart from that enjoyed our stay.

Nice, clean, comfortable and friendly hotel
Lovely hotel to stay in, rooms were spacious and very clean. It was kept warm and we had room service every day. Nothing was too much trouble at all. Good position of hotel with regular bus routes outside.

Amazing location, easy to get to and from airport and also into the centre. Really nice room, we were able to leave our bags there when we checked out while we explored, enjoyed our stay!

Great place to stay !!
Excellent hotel located very well, 10 minute walk from Gloucester Rd tube. Clean and double room was a good size for 1 person. Staff very friendly as well.

Pleasant Surprise
Booked 2 rooms and there great. Air conditioning worked extremely well. The shower hot water was very hot so pay attention to the controls, ouch!! The reception were courteous and booking in was a breeze. A short distance from Gloucester Rd tube station is a short walk and so are the museums. All in all I would stay there again.

We stayed two nights, arrived by tube service, and walked to the hotel. The hotel has several places to grab lunch or dinner close (within walking distance), and it also has one big supermarket and a smaller one within walking distance (3 blocks). The room was clean and comfortable, but it did not have a refrigerator, and the mattress was not the most comfortable one I have slept in. The hotel location is perfect, with elevators, which is excellent when you have luggage to carry on.

Fantastic location for catching the tube at Gloucester Road, staff are helpful and friendly. Could do with an on site bar in the evenings, this is a missed revenue opportunity by the hotel. Visible areas of the hotel room are very clean, however in twin rooms the bed closest to the wall down the side next to the wall was dirty and hadn't been cleaned in a long time given the amount of dust. That being said, very enjoyable stay and recommend if looking for a convenient hotel in Central London with good connections to tourist locations.

I guess things are relative. The value for money is good. Therefore the size of the room is small. Took me a day or two to get accustomed to the size. No outside window, I should have paid more?? All in all the stay was comfortable, clean and somewhat cosy.
