Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful, they were fast responding when we called the concierge for taking our heavy luggage down to check out. We booked a garden view room, which was nice and quiet but the room is kinda small not enough space for opening up a large size checked in suitcase. The hotel is close to Earl’s Court station within few minutes walk.

Clean, stylish room & hotel. Comfortable bed. We as had breakfast and dinner. Both were great. A beautiful stay. The bar staff were super attentive and made for a great end to the evening. We would love to stay again. We walked to Queens from here.

We booked our stay at Templeton Garden last minute after a flight cancelation. The reception team was lovely and helpful and helped make our stay pleasant despite our frustrations with the changes in our travel plans. The bartenders were phenomenal in their skills, knowledge, and customer service. I would happily return!

Beautiful and cozy hotel in a quiet street

Beautiful and well maintained hotel nestled in a lovely and quiet area. The rooms are clean and well lit with good decor. There is a restaurant, a bar and a coffee shop (breakfast area) so there are plenty of options inside the hotel. The patio is also nice. This hotel is conveniently located a few steps from the underground station where you can go directly to Heathrow Airport. We’ll definitely stay here again.

The property was conveniently located. The rooms were apple size with good king beds. The restaurant and bar were both excellent. The garden is a beautiful respite from the busy city life. Most of all, the staff was professional and helpful at all times.

This is such a great location. I have been staying at this property for decades (it used to be part of the K&K Hotel chain). It is close to Earls Court station for the piccadilly and district/circle underground lines. There are markets and food options nearby. And it is a safe area -- I mostly travel on my own. The rooms are compact, but always immaculately cleaned and well laid out. There is some street noise at night if your room is on the front side of the property -- request garden view if that bothers you.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The staff were amazing—friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. We stayed in a superior room and was lucky enough to have a small balcony, which was an absolute delight. The coffee at the café was excellent, and the drinks at the bar were fantastic, made even better by the attentive and friendly team. The location is also perfect—just a short walk to Earl’s Court station, making it easy to get anywhere in London. It’s also very convenient coming from Heathrow Airport. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel!
