Beautiful hotel with excellent staff. We stayed in a king studio suite (park view) and it was fabulous. Good central location. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful hotel, did my partner a little birthday dessert and delivered to the room which was a lovely touch, comfy bed, room was ready early which was brilliant! However breakfast was a bit chaotic, we had to wait in a separate room that didn’t even have any cups for a cup of coffee, when we finally got into breakfast the poor staff were run ragged and visibly stressed, there was nothing left in the buffet forcing us to order from the menu which was an extra charge per person (which we thought was a bit off as when we’ve stayed at 5* hotels that include breakfast, all breakfast is actually included with no hidden costs), breakfast was very tasty, however my partner didn’t receive his order and as we were in a rush we did leave without it, they did apologise profusely and give us a bottle of wine to make up for it which we really appreciated. All in all a lovely stay, beautiful hotel and kind, friendly staff but breakfast really needs looking into. Also we think fitz bar should be open slightly earlier so you can go in for a nice lunch time drink!

Beautiful hotel with excellent service. Lobby bar and cafe are convenient and reasonably priced. Rooms are tiny with very limited storage. We had to basically live out of our suitcases. Despite the room size we would stay here again. Great location.

Still my goto property. Been there more than 25 times or so but on my last trip, it was pretty chilly outside and it seems like the thermostat in the rooms have a ceiling so I was unable to get the room nice and toasty. So if it's cold outside, perhaps another hotel would be better

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It is beautiful, comfortable, and clean. We walked all over but there is convenient access to the tube if needed. We loved the happy hour for guests upon our arrival (5-6pm daily).

Wonderful opulent hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, with everything that you need. The breakfast was fantastic, the bars were very cool, but the staff were amazing. Very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. I do plan to return.

Dog friendly, but not as marketed
Good stay overall, however, the reason why I chose this hotel rather than any others was because I brought my dog along and it is marketed as the most dog-friendly stay in London. Unfortunately, it wasn't the same experience as I was hoping for for my dog
