The room smelt very badly of smoke and I tried to change rooms as they 'upgraded' us to a different room to what we booked anyway, but there was only rooms with single beds available. The smell was so bad we had to sleep with the windows open all night and leave them open for hours before as well, but it was still nearly unbearable.
The walls were dripping with some sort of fluid and there was so many flies.
The light was broken by the bed and if you turned it on it wouldnt turn off again and would flash.
There was no plug sockets by the beds, we had to pull the beds out to get to them.
Best advice avoid this hotel at all costs, if you want a good night's sleep, clean towels every day but seems cleaning is not done thoroughly.
The area around is rough as, arrogant miserable people that think the world owes them a living.

For the price was ok, just what we needed. No mattress covers though and the bathroom had a slight smell of drains. But we would stay again

Liked: Staff & service
Basic hotel but great for overnight stay, good location for bus to Wembley, staff friendly and rooms clean. Added bonus was the parking. Would stay again.
Great base for travelling around London, short 10 minute walk to the nearest underground station at golders Green. Nice area with plenty of bars, restaurants etc and a local tesco express for essentials. Hotel is nicely decorated and beds very comfortable. Wallpaper looked a bit tired etc but for the little time we actually spent in the room it didn't affect our stay the room was clean and smelled fresh. Very happy with our time there.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
If you want to sleep this isn’t the hotel for you, after 12am the loud talking the doors banging running up and down the stairs even after complaining it still went on. For 20£ more there are better options in the area, I only chose this hotel because my flight was cancelled. The worst sleep I got was here. Building needs some serious renovation, the only facelift this place got was a new sign and the main entrance everything else is stuck in the past. The place I stood before coming here was fully booked it was 20£ more and it’s up to date and very quiet. Don’t cheap out like I did spend the extra money for a peace of mind

Very noisy. Paper thin walls. Difficult to sleep at night due to other guest noise.
We stayed for 2 nights in August for the Taylor Swift Eras tour. We had a double room which was cosy, the beds were comfortable. Beds were made on a morning with fresh towels. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always said Hello. Hotel is in a good location too. We would definitely stay again. Thank you
A very small room, with no lock on the bathroom. The curtains weren’t secure so fell off when you try to open them. Very limited food available - only offering vegetarian options.
The room is well set out and clean . Comfy bed and average size. Would have rated it higher if the electric supply hadn’t cut off during the night: mini fridge content became warm, couldn’t use the tea/coffee as couldn’t boil the kettle and my phone hadn’t charged. On the plus side it was sorted before we could tell anyone! Was originally sent to a room to find someone in it already ( that was a little embarrassing) but the staff were helpful and got us another room. Bar was very limited on stock : didn’t have a lot to pick from so that was disappointing.
However, still feel it was good value and both the breakfast and breakfast staff were great.

bus stops just outside the hotel and northern line access around a 10 minute walk away. rooms are a little small but very clean, and the walls are quite thin. the staff are lovely!
