An old building with an attempted revamp. The walls and doors are extremely thin, so get ready to hear everyone talking in the rooms down the hall and listen to everyone walking in the hallway.

Property is convenient to the airport. Air conditioner did not work. They are not very accommodating in the restaurant. Asked for taxi service for morning checkout. They forgot. They did call for one, but it was not a taxi that showed up, it was an Uber or private driver which charged $10 euro more than our ride from the airport.

I was changed to a disabiliity room -she told me that Expedia said this is on my profile . I am not disabed. She told me the elevator was broke and the only elevator working was to the disability room. The room and hotel needs to be cleaned - it needs to be painted. I booked a car for the airport - NO CAR. I was late for my flight as i had to get the shuttle service despite I booked at the desk. I stayed at this place the week before same issues.-- could not provide a car and stated they overbooked

It was a wonderful trip. The hotel was clean and comfy. Bad experience began when we receive penalty notice from its carpark. We stayed 2 nights and the reception told us it was complimentary to park there and registered our carplate. It turned out it wasted us time to appeal. I contacted the hotel and there was no reply at all. Avoid this hotel.

An airport hotel only in that it is nearish to Heathrow’s sprawl. Bus to airport (“Hoppa”) is kind of a nightmare. Want you to download a badly designed app and don’t tell you you can just pay by card or Apple Pay on the bus. Also takes a circuitous route to get there. But, great breakfast, very helpful staff.

Good easy stay

Clean, simple. Good location for T2/3 as you don’t have to go all the way down the perimeter road so Uber was cheaper. Local pub (three magpies) has affordable food options in walking distance. Quiet.

Overnight stay for an early airport drop off. Check in quick and friendly receptionist. Room a good size, comfy beds and clean bathroom. Walls are thin so can hear people in next room, so take ear plugs if that would be an issue. Will stay again for the Airport drop off/pick up.

I didn’t catch her name, but we received superb customer service during check in. the lifts were down, but that was no problem for us. the property was overall clean, there were several scuffs on the walls and stains on the curtains, otherwise no issues. if you’re traveling internationally please bring an adapter for UK plug ins.

The hotel is nice and close to Heathrow. Despite this an Uber to Heathrow can still cost up to 38 pounds if you have a 6am flight.
