Good choice for Heathrow.
A pleasant 2-day stay in a clean, well-equipped room. Staff were accommodating to change our room from the one assigned, due to noise from the elevator. Very convenient to Heathrow. A few restaurants and shops in walking distance.

When a rain storm came through the roof between the two pains of our window started leaking, and soon the water was dripping on the carpet. Looking at the roof between the window you can clearly see this is an ongoing problem Also the bathroom door needs to look better the bottom looks like it is rotting and the trims are also not great. For me as a seasoned traveler, I would not stay here again, the breakfast was top rate though, so there is that.

Our flight was delayed so we arrived well after midnight, but the hotel staff couldn't have coped better with the 5 of us (in 4 separate rooms). The hotel is super clean, the rooms spacious, and again, spotless. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again when traveling through London Airport

Chosen for it's proximity to Heathrow, but quite a nice hotel., got a bar and restaurant, and a bus stop with regular service to the terminals if 50 yds away. Staff friendly and efficient.

Executive king room, waste of money
Paid for an executive king room with kingsize bed, free mini bar, and 10% off all food and drinks. Upon check-in the staff were wispering amognst themselves about reallocating rooms but kept us in the dark. Upon arrival to our room we quickly learnt that it was a double bed and there was no minibar whatsoever and we recieved a single use 20%ofd food and drink voucher. Not as advertised. Airport shuttle also advertised as £6.95 pax to all terminals, however in reality they wanted £27 to get us to terminal 4, cheaper to get an uber.
