The room was quite comfortable! The price was great for the quality! The half glass shower design promotes the floor getting wet. So careful there! Otherwise, good pressure and immediate hot water! A fridge is something we’re used to in the U.S. Staff was kind enough to provide a big ice bucket as a substitute. The restaurant service was excellent. The food quality was quite good; but, a bit pricey for most items. Surrounding restaurants had similar fare for far less. The breakfast buffet was a huge exception to that though! We really enjoyed that; especially, with superb coffee choices included.

Great airport location

We were only briefly at the hotel before flying out early the next morning. It was very conveniently located to the airport and bus stop. The front desk was very helpful letting us know what our travel options were to the terminal. Make sure not to walk past the sidewalk to the front desk on the back side of the building if getting off at the bus station.

Nice comfort and convenient for our overnight stay near the airport. Disappointing that after a long flight arriving late into the evening, we waited over 30 minutes to check- in. Staffing levels need reviewing I think

Repeat customer. I found this time that check-in, although done online, was very long. The lifts being out of service was a major detractor. Many people, like ourselves, were roaming around with luggage up and down staircases because directions were not clear. I would definitely check on that before staying again. It was late and we didn’t want to have to wait for our luggage to be delivered. Bad move!
