This is a good hotel overall. We especially enjoyed their amazing breakfast, probably the best we have ever experienced in many countries. The utilities, specifically water supply was a disappointing point. Out of the 5 nights we spent two without either hot shower or water at all - and that just due to bad work done by a plumber and our messages being lost somewhere in the command chain.

Literally one of the most beautiful hotels I have been to in London! The staff was SO kind and Super friendly as well! The location is super convenient. You can walk around and get to so many great places very quickly! There are also several food options nearby as well. I come to London about once a year, and I can honestly say I’d stay here over and over again! It’s phenomenal!

Excellent welcome at check in from the receptionist and concierge. They were both very Friendly helpful staff. Room large and a comfortable bed. Well appointed and good amenities including in room mini bar. Receptionist at check out not as good and we struggled to get her to print a receipt (as required for work) but her attitude was not helpful and quite condescending tone. Great location and would stay again when in the area.
