Clean hotel in a good location. Stayed here twice and each time checkin wait was 30 minutes or so. When I called down to the front desk or housekeeping, calls are not answered and I have to keep calling back. Beds are the firmest I've ever experienced in a hotel.

Beautiful, comfy, spotlessly clean hotel, perfect for our overnight stay before dropping off our son at Heathrow for his flight to USA. Also had an evening meal at the onsite Italian restaurant Breakfast was superb in Carluccios the following morning, well worth pre-booking

I would not choose this hotel again, disappointed
The beds are absolutely awful, it is like sleeping on a carboard box. It said in the info for the room that they are pillow top and that could not be further from the truth, or they just need to replace the mattresses. The service in the restaurant was mediocre and so was the food, The bartender was completely unfriendly. Not a great way to end our trip

Refurb needed.
This hotel looks great from the outside including the lobby, the owners need to spend some of their profits on a complete refurb of all the rooms, it is tired and noticeable defects within the rooms and corridors.

I booked this hotel from Bristow Virginia having never set foot outside of the Heathrow Airport before. My goal was to pick a nice hotel easily accessible from the airport and also with easy access to downtown London as well. In the US most airport hotels provide free shuttle service to/from the airport, so I guess that’s what I was hoping for here too. So just to be clear for all Americans traveling here, you can get to this hotel by bus/taxi/Uber/ or car rental but all four options cost money. That however is my one and only complaint about the hotel, everything else was phenomenal. The staff are super courteous and helpful, the facilities are terrific, the rooms spacious and clean, the restaurant and bar area looked great. There was a gift shop that also sells toiletries if you need anything. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel if you want a good night’s sleep before flying out in the morning.

We booked the Executive floor which is the top fifth floor. Very quiet and modern rooms. We had access to the Executive lounge on the ground level where you scanned a pass card and really enjoyed the complimentary drinks and snacks. There was no need to have dinner out. We are off to have breakfast there now. Parking is easy fir 15GBP and in and out privileges.
