Overall pretty good.
Room was very large, booked a room for 2, had a room with 2 double beds & 2 folded rollaway single beds. Beds were ok, we are of average heights 5ft 6 & 5ft 7 & our feet just went off the end of the beds. Room had a slight draft. But basic needs like clean, tidy, had an iron & wall ironing board. Bathroom was clean (floor needed regrouting), kettle & other drink making facilities were there. So pretty good.

The hotel was in a fabulous location for getting to the theatre and the Outlet and we chose it as it was one of very few that parking on site. The hotel could do with some tlc as the veneer on the desk in the room was coming away, the paint round the window was peeling & discoloured and the wallpaper in the foyer was come away from the wall. There could have been slightly more choice on the continental breakfast but what was available was alright. For a one night stay it was ok.

Very old fashioned dull room cracks in bathroom floor tiles .Huge holes in net curtains. Only provided one cup (no saucer ) a few tea bags etc .only one glass in bathroom .Phoned reception. Nobody came .Dinner was extortionate price and terrible. Only consultation was that it was in walking distance to Wembley arena.

Customer service could really be a lot friendlier and more efficient. Not the friendliest experience. The hotel could really use an update but it is clean and convenient with lots to do in the area. I’d stay here again just knowing the service may not be so great.

Visit to Wembley Arena
The only positive about this hotel is it's location & access to the stadium/arena shops restaurants & tube station. The hotel itself looks tired & uninviting. The room we had was a family room with 2 double beds & 2 roll away beds. The room wasn't clean, the net curtains were a dusty dirty grey & were becoming insecured from the rail. The bathroom looked in desperate need of attention, the soap tray was loose & secured to a broken tile, the shower arm to turn on/off was not secured & came off completely. An irritating moaning droning sound came from the shower/bathroom it seems everytime someone else used their shower, I assume air in the system/pipes. This started early waking us up & continued every 10 mins or so. The TV was tiny in such a large room & had an awful picture which eventually froze & wouldn't clear. This hotel is awful, would never stay again. We didn't try the restaurant as why would you risk eating in a place that's dirty & doesn't pay attention to it's bread & butter...i.e. the rooms. Andrew.

The hotel is run down and needs a revamp. The best thing about the hotel is the location. The staff were friendly although bar area understaffed. The bed was uncomfortable and duvet too thin. Shower condition poor and had trouble flushing toilet.

Excellent value room and fabulous location for Wembley Arean or the stadium. Hotel is a little tired and some simple touches (No 2nd cup in the room, very small TV) let it down Staff very pleasant.

Convenient for Wembley and we got a great deal as we booked very early. Room is both reasonably comfortable & clean. But the hotel is very very dated, in all honesty it looks like nothing has been changed decor wise since the 80’s including the furniture. Just as well we were seeing the Human League as we were instantly transported back to the eighties!

Fine hotel for an overnight stay at a good price
Fine hotel for an overnight stay at a good price and decent location. I have stayed here a good few times, whilst decor is dated and hotel isn't luxurious it has always met my needs in terms of price and location and the level of comfort for a hotel in this price range. I have found the room to be comfortably warm and the bed also comfortable. Location is good with wembley outlets and the tube close by.

Cheap, you don't expect anything over the top
Warm welcome from nice and friendly ladies at the reception desk. Clealiness questionable, and not been surprised to see the room maid sitting in a cupboard playing ith her phone.
