It was ok.

Room was spacious but the hotel is in need of updating. The lifts were not reliable, 1 says floor 2 wherever you are and the other was a pot luck we were on the fifth floor and was taken to 6 twice, 4 and 1 so in the end went to 6 and walked down to 5. We didn’t have breakfast because at £17 each and 1/2 price for children did not think it was of value at all.

The location for Wembley shopping and events. Easy access in tube to Kings Cross...good transport links and bus stop right outside the hotel. The hotel is a little tired and could do with sprucing up a bit but this is reflected in the price.

Room was clean.beds comfy. no remote for the tv though, cooked breakfast was average plates should be warmed . Communal areas were a bit tired. Ideal for Wembley stadium though

Hotel tired, lifts didn’t work properly, stairs wells dirty, room dated. Bath taps were mouldy, scum hanging off the tap forsip that had gone hard. Positive was it was close to the stadium!

Loved the hotel,it so close to Wembley Ovo arena.The bar had a great vibe and the staff throughout the hotel were friendly. The beds were firmer than I’d like but that’s a personal choice. The hotel room was great.

OK, probably would not stay again unless no option

Staff were really nice and helpful, plenty of space to park. The bed was broken and squeaked, the mattresses were past their prime and the bed lining was stained. Continental breakfast was over priced for what it was (£23 for two continental breakfasts) Room was large, breakfast moved fairly quickly considering how many people were there and they staff topped everything up quickly. We stayed to watch a show at Wembley arena, it was a 5 min walk, so it's did it's job. Probably would not stay again due to the condition of the beds. It would be so easy for the hotel to improve everything, just replace the beds and mattresses. As we went down for breakfast a guest was complaining about the condition of their bed.

It's an experience........

There was an issue with our room availability, but staff were helpful + reassuring + sorted it quickly. It's in an excellent location, a short walk to nearby arenas, Mcdonalds, Lidl + tube stop. We had breakfast (but only because it was included free) the food on offer was ok, but the cooked is served to you + is a bit measly: 1 sausage, 1 piece of bacon, 1 hash brown, small ladle of beans, scrambled egg, tomato + mushrooms. But its London so thats probably classed as reasonable for the price they charge. The hotel itself is crying out for refurbishment, it's very dated, tatty and dirty looking. In our room we had: a crack in the sink, fraying carpet, safe was missing the battery panel for the keypad, a kids sticker on one headboard and I'm not even sure what the white marks were on the other! There was a missing fixture of some sort from under the windowsill, a very large air con unit that didn't work and a radiator you couldn't adjust. There were holes filled in from where a rail had been removed but not painted over so you could clearly see them. There were no teaspoons or white sugar (a slight inconvenience) + the TV remote for the tiniest TV in the world didn't work as it had toothpaste in the battery section.The lifts appear to be sentient,stopping on whatever floor they decide to (they seem to favour floor 2), the numbers on the display also don't correspond at all to the floor its going past or to. It was bearable for the 1 night but we definitely wont stay again
