The room is climate controlled and it’s too hot to sleep. I have a long flight in the morning and I have not been able to sleep because it’s uncomfortably hot.

Starting to show wear and tear.
Moxy has had its good days...starting show its age, needs good maintenance which is not there, rooms are starting show tiredness and lack of attention to detail. Room cleaners also need to pay attention to detail.

Sadly our room stank of smoke. Staff were extremely friendly but no refund (even partial) was offered. I would prefer the Hilton nearby next time for reassurance of quality and service.
