Great experience!! After a hard time getting to the property from the Airport, we were greeted right away and checkin was seamless. Self check in with a little assistance, we were straight to the room. Hotel room (1009) had a great view of the train yard and we could only hear trains when the window was open or if the TV was off. We only stayed a night, but we seen the room attendants scrubbing the walls as we passed by another room getting cleaned, thought it was a special case, but after breakfast seen the same in a different room. After our stay, they held our bags all day so we could explore giving us peace of mind.

Overall property is in a good location but the whole experience was let down by poor communication from the hotel staff. We had requested for an early checkin but our request was rejected by the hotel, hence we reached there a bit late only to find that our room is ready and we now need to pay extra for early checkin. This is a great way of making money. If our request was already rejected, why were we asked to pay later??

European 4 star hotels are not United States 4 star hotels. The lobbies are fancy but the rooms are extremly small and basic. There is no room to open luggage or move around comfortably. Sinks and toilets are tiny and cramped. All the 4 star hotels we visited in Europe would be 3 star hotels in the US. The staff was nice, and I liked that they had a self service laundry in the basement, but the washing machines are tiny, and it cost $8 Euros to dry a small load which takes over an hour!

This place was a gem. The room we had included a little kitchenette, perfect for a business traveller and for us keeping the birthday champagne cool. Fantasticly situated for train connections, and a pretty decent price too, whats not to love!

We loved the location although the hotel itself was a little worn. For the price we paid however, we could not complain. The staff were lovely. Good spot if you are only staying a night or two although would not recommend for a week+ stay

Nice hotel

I had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. The staff was accommodating and offered to store our luggage while we waited to check in, which was a thoughtful touch that made our arrival much more convenient. Good location, although the street is kinda sketchy. Close to the Underground lines. Room was comfortable with great amenities. The bed wasn’t too comfortable. Woke up every day sore. Staff was very, very nice.

Walking distance to sites and metro station 5-10 min walk. Grocery store next to hotel. If you don’t do the breakfast at the hotel there a bakery/coffee shop within 5 mins walk called Gail’s. Overall excellent stay and would stay here again.

Nice property, great location & connectivity to Waterloo pier, London eye & the palace area. Bus stop connectivity is also great. Room was cozy & nice. Small kitchenette was the icing on the cake for us as we were travelling with kids.
