The property is centrally located and within walkable distance from the Parliament Square, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey to name a few. The worst part was that the air conditioner would automatically shut off at 2am and several requests to the staff to not do that went unanswered. Once I spoke to the manager that stopped from happening (wish that I would have spoken to the manager earlier that would have alleviated the sweaty wake up at 3am for several nights in a row). Having a small kitchen was convenient keep in mind there is no oven. The shower stall was really weird with no door or curtain, so all the water was spilling over on the floor every time while someone was showering. They provided plenty of towels, so I would just put the extra towels on the floor to prevent slip and falls from happening. Another inconvenience was not enough closet space to unpack, so we basically lived from our suitcases. I would not recommend this property for families to stay at.

Room was a little dated in its furnishings, but clean and extremely spacious. Staff was helpful, but there was usually a line at the front desk. I was disappointed that rooms were not on the same floor, since I'd ordered two rooms together and called ahead of time to make sure that that would occur. Location is within easy walking distance of 2 tube stations. Many restaurants, buses, a pub, grocery stores, a market and a post office.

Hotel was clean and well appointed, location was good. Walls and doors easily transmitted noise. No phones in rooms to easily contact help desk. Staff unapproachable and cleaning service did not return later when requested.

Nice hotel inside, clean rooms, friendly staff. Outside and surrounding area was questionable. Very walkable location, but not much in the immediate area for restaurants/bars. There is a great cafe on the corner. Close to the tube. Didn’t get to checkout the restaurant due to its hours. There were people always in the lobby. Early check in for $. Hard to find if you don’t know where it is.

The hotel itself was very nice. The drinks at the bar were all delicious and it was very convenient having the laundry facilities available. The location felt safe and was very easily walkable to the London eye, Westminster bridge, etc. Nice restaurants and pubs right near by as well. The downside was the room. The drain in our shower didn’t drain at all and because there is no door to the shower, water would get all over the floor every time we used it. I told the staff about it and asked them to fix it, but they never did. The window in our room couldn’t close, or wouldn’t stay closed, and because it’s right near a train that runs pretty continuously, it was loud at night. And also, the AC/fan never turned on despite us trying everything. Bottom line, the room was bad, but everything else was decent.

I had an easy and lovely experience staying here. I would recommend it. Located near all the sights. Right next to the tube. Never felt unsafe in late at night.

This hotel was very close to the transportation center and made it easy to get around on the underground! Hotel was very clean and nice. Only thing I didn’t like was having to go to hotel bar for ice. They had no ice machine but other than that it was awesome! would stay again!!
