We didn’t eat in hotel. It was a last minute booking & its close proximity to St Thomas’s hospital & Waterloo St & was only overnight. I would book it again as it was spotlessly clean & all the staff I met were very friendly.

Sheets were wrinkled as if someone was sleeping in the bed or maybe housekeeping just did not take the time to make the bed or change sheets. There was also a stain on two of the pillows. The room was extremely hot. A window was open, bathroom sink drain was not working. We were supposed to have a city view when I looked out the window I was facing another building.

Convenient location, large room and having a kitchenette saved some money that would have been spent in restaurants. The tube is practically across the street and there were groceries and souvenirs only steps away. Room was clean and the building smelled very nice
