This was a fantastic place to stay for a couple of nights in London. The hotel is stylish, in a great area, the staff are super kind and helpful, the listening room was a particular favorite. Quick walk to the train station for trips downtown and walking into Notting Hill and Portobello was super convenient. Would highly recommend and will gladly stay again on our next trip to England.

Beautiful hotel

We had the best stay.. It's a new hotel and everything is top notch. We had a studio which is small but compact with everything you need. The chill out areas are great with a roof top balcony. We used the pool, gym & cinema room which is rare for London. The staff were brilliant, very friendly and made us feel really welcome. It's a 5 minute walk from the tube and the surrounding areas have lots of restaurants & bars. The canal restaurant at the hotel was well worth a visit. We would definitely stay again.

Nice hotel with many amenities

Enjoyed my 4-night stay here in a classic studio. The room was very spacious for London standards and pretty much had everything I needed. Bathroom has decent toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and a heated towel rack with button control. I've never encountered one that actually works so that was a really nice surprise. The bed is a comfy double, so it's perfect for one person but might be a bit tight for two. The room also has a wardrobe, a small table with seating for two, and a kitchenette with a sink, mini fridge, microwave, electric cooktop, kettle, and a 2-slice toaster. There are a couple of pans as well as cooking utensils, cooking oil, knives, and some dishes. Dish soap and paper towels are also provided. The hotel also has a lot of communal amenities like a gym, cinema room, 10th floor terrace, laundry room, etc. I only made use of the laundry room which has Miele appliances as well as space to iron and/or fold your clothes. There's a bar and lounge area in the lobby and a new restaurant on the lower ground floor. The area overall is nice and quiet. The building is secure with room key required for accessing all areas and the large door gates are closed and locked at night. Staff were kind and helpful. My one minor complaint is that the tabletop and the floor where the table stands were a bit dirty. Other than that, everything was great. I would stay here again and recommend it for those who want a more homey space while in town.

Great new find in London

Really nice hotel in a great location, its a couple of tube stops from Paddington, an easy walk from Portobello market but with good local amenities. Its set back from the main road so its very quiet for London. Staff were very welcoming and helpful, the basement pool is excellent, really good length for lane swimming, and the gym looked good. The 10th floor terraces offer brilliant views London. Really enjoyed our stay, would definitely use Mason and Fifth again.

We had a great experience! Got upgraded, festive weekly events at the lobby, great coffee and pastries to start the day. And the pool and spa was top notch specially after a long day! Gym was also fantastic with all the equipment needed for different types of workouts. Staff were friendly and hard working since the place just open. The location it’s okay but only a 20 min tube to central London, with a 5 min walk to the closest station. The rest/pub next to the hotel was great next to the canal!
