A very pleasant stay - the hotel is immaculate, the rooms are very clean and it wasn't my first time in the hotel. The breakfast is delicious and varied too. My room was a bit smaller this time which was disappointing and the shower took a good ten minutes to actually run hot. However, it was great overall.
I booked a room for 1 night for my husbands birthday. The room we were appointed was clean and comfortable. We were notified of some works happening outside the hotel but were reassured that the work would not happen overnight or early in the morning. We were however woken up to very loud noises that continued for the rest of the morning. After returning from a plentiful breakfast the noise had increased dramtically. I couldn't hear the tv or even what my own husband was saying to me. Even though we still had an hour before check out the noise started to make me feel quite unwell and I had to wait for my husband downstairs in the lobby. I am just glad that we had only booked 1 night.
Great stay, very well located, staff is friendly.
Breakfast is also ok. Very clean hotel. Nice beds. Very silent at night even if the room is at the front of the hotel.
Lovely hotel and staff are thoroughly professional and very accommodating. Explained about noise and building work and apologetic but not an issue for me at all.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
- In the middle of a refurb, not aware prior to visit.
- 3 pillows between 2 people.
- Cleaner woke us up coming into the room 3 hours before checkout
- Only payment machine in car park blocked off by bulding materials.
- Wierd lighting in the room, either 1 tiny light on or every light on
- clean, tidy room with comfy bed
- Good service in Reception
- 'city view' is pushing it a bit when charging extra for this, too far away to call it a 'view' when it's peaks in the distance but may be better higher up (we were on 7th floor)
I don’t know what to expect but the room was very pleasant. Except we got woken up at 8 by cleaning staff even though check out time was at 12. Would be great if there was laundry arrangement that takes less than 24 hrs.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
My shower was luke warm, the bath was hot though. Lovely TV in the room but no access to smart apps or screen mirroring, Terrestrial TV is pretty old fashioned now. Actual hotel was lovely, clean, the bar staff were amazing. I would stay again.
Lovely comfortable bed. Large TV with lots of channels. Room wasn't huge, but to be honest it was enough. Nice bathroom. Friendly staff. Lovely breakfast. West Brompton is the nearest tube, but Earls Court is about 10mins away. All in all, a great stay, and was surprised at it being more reasonable than a Premier Inn.
Nice room but eould have preferred to be on 12th floor for the city view. Room gad shower in bath but glass panel not mobile so had trouble getting in/out bath which was slippery with ststic panel. No glasses in room so gad to drink water from can. Overall though nice room.
