Definitely wasn't a 5* experience hotel. I had two more reservations for this hotel and canceled them both. On arrival at check-in staff said refreshment will be in the fridge to help myself, but fridge had 1 bottle of skimmed milk. Not a problem as I left I asked if they could fill my fridge and if they had whole milk would be great. Came back later that night and more skimmed milk and just Diet Coke where added. I wasnt too bothered as I was tired wanted to hop in the ahower then order room service. Well here is where it started going down hill fast. My shower almost flooded over and not draining properly, but i acted fast and took drain cover off. I said ill just call room service and maintenance. Well when i got out and into bed to call room service my phone didn't work to order room service or maintenance. I had a few snacks with me and made due for the night. Either way was not a great start to my 3 nights. When i went down the next day I told them about the issues and all I got we will take care of it. I expected a bit more but im not fussy and wasn't going to make a big deal out of it. Anyways will not be going back as i had reservations for 3 more nights the following week. If im going to feel like im in a 3* accommodation ill just book that and safe myself the extra costs.

Really good. Loved the decor and it’s a really good central location. Loved the welcome drink when you get there as well. Only issue was that there was only one normal tea bag in the room and this was t replenished when the maid came. Also we were not given new mugs the dirty ones were not taken away from the mornings tea. Luckily I had tea bags with me.

Good Hotel

Lovely Hotel staff really nice and helpful and is a prime location in London. The only disappointment was are room was by the lift and when it was used it was like hearing someone dragging a chair across a wooden floor

The hotel was immaculate throughout. The staff at the front desk were welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed two chocolates upon checking in, bags were stored for us as our room was not ready early. The bed was extremely comfortable, AC was excellent and easy to use. Lights were electronic controls but easily learned. Shower water pressure was great. Felt very comfortable here.

Great Location and Customer Service as always

Stay was perfect, location is excellent, great bars and restaurants within walking distance. Rooms are good, no desk space if you are there on business but they do have ample bar / mezze space to work from. Staff customer focused and friendly from arriving to departing.
