Rooms are fairly small but nice design, bed fine, we had urban chic room. Staff brilliant and very efficient. Didn’t eat any food whilst the do can’t comment on that restaurant and bar area was very quiet but looked lovely.

Whilst the room and hotel itself are lovely, the location is great. We were very disappointed with the noise levels and how it was handled by the hotel. There was a party in the bar area with a DJ, it was so loud it shook the room until midnight when it stopped (we were first floor). We asked reception twice about the noise and asked if we could move rooms to a higher floor and no one came back to us. IN the end we just went out on night two, until after midnight so we didn't have to hear it. My watch even said 'noise alert' it was so loud.

Room was absolutely spotless and smelt amazing. Comfortable bed, great coffee. Loved the fragrance sample. Also loved the fact that I could connect my phone to the tv and not have to download the stupid Samsung app. Gym was amazing and well equipped. Staff were nice. Also great location from Euston and Covent Garden….tube was 1 minute away. I’ll definitely be back.
