This is nice looking hotel, which has had a total refurbishment, the entrance is very modern and welcoming, as are the staff. The rooms are clean, well designed and has a nice vibe about the place. Welcome drink on arrival, small gesture but gives a good start to the stay. Location is great, close to Holborn tube and Covent Garden just a short walk away. The only thing I have to mention is the heating/air conditioning, bizarely, you can only adjust the temperature in the room, not if you want it on or off. If you want it switched off you have to ask reception to turn it off?! Ours was of a level where we wouldn't be able to sleep, to put this into context it was quieter in the corridor than the room. I can only assume they refurbished everything in the hotel, apart from this part! Otherwise a nice hotel, didn't use the restuarant or breakfast, so can't comment on that.

Rooms are fairly small but nice design, bed fine, we had urban chic room. Staff brilliant and very efficient. Didn’t eat any food whilst the do can’t comment on that restaurant and bar area was very quiet but looked lovely.
