The room was clean. Only complaints are could not keep the sink stopper up, we had to place toilet paper to prop it up. The cups were not replaced in the room. I used one and left it downstairs. The beds and pillows were comfortable. We had robes, slippers, nespresso and the mini fridge was stocked with water, soda, one time only but the water more than once. The staff was very helpful, from the front desk, servers and housekeepers. Awesome toiletries, great shower. Heater worked wonderfully. The breakfast is expensive, little choice and bland.

The service was friendly and attentive. The location is really convenient, ten minute walk to convent garden, yet it's quiet enough. The building is clean and well kept. We stayed in the standard room offering which was more than enough room for a couple. The bed was comfort and a good size. Pillows comfy as well. The bathroom was clean and in good condition. The bathrobes and slippers a nice to have, plus Nespresso coffee machine and pods. It's well worth staying here and I would recommend.
