Nothing nice to say about the hotel
The place is deciving reception looks good but as soo as you see your room door you get what the room will be like. It was so old fashioned and so trashy looking. Old units sliding doors for a shower room. The bath has black mould around it. The bathroom unit looked unfinished. The bed was not comfortable. The air con was so loud you had no option to turn it off and sweat all night. Marks on the bathroom door facing. Bathroom ceiling looks yellow and had yellow water marks.

Actually my family liked nothing,food not quality at all,housekeeping bery poor,received stained towels and been requested to being thwm to the r2ception insteade of sending in charge uo to the room,room paints peeled off,will never repeat millennium experience.

Give it a miss
The room was very dated and there was damp and mould in the bathroom ceiling. The curtains didn’t hang properly, the bed was particularly uncomfortable and the pillows were like cardboard. The noise from the other rooms was particularly loud, so I had very little sleep and would not be recommending this hotel. The staff also had a poor attitude and overall a particularly bad experience. Not impressed.

The hotel was quite nice as you walk in, however our room's bathroom had lots of mould around the bath. For a high standard hotel this is quite poor. I would not stay here again. Staff were ok, not particulary friendly and welcoming but just ok.

I've stayed at better for less money.
The hotel was a good location for us, but there were problems with the room, that just shouldn't have been that way for the price we paid. The sink did not drain well. One of the lamps was not working. But my number one issue was the elevator. They had 2, but were working on one. That's fine. I waited forever for it one day, and it was full when it got to me. I am a patient person so that was OK, I said we would wait for the next one. We pressed the button again, and it was lit, but the next elevator going down went right past us. I wasn't happy about it, but said we would just walk down the stairs from the 10th floor. We got down to the 1st and Ground floors, and there were no exits from the stairwells onto those floors. We had to walk back up to the 2nd floor and catch the elevator there finally to get to the ground floor. I complained to the desk about it. There should be some indication on the 2nd floor in the stairwell that there was no exit from the next 2 floors. The hotel was overpriced for what I got.

The area is great.. however we have stayed at this hotel 12 years ago and nothing has been done to upgrade it. Our room was on the second floor and it was I believe under construction. The hallways were just dirty and dingy. The sofa bed had a big yellow stain on the mattress. The plug outlets didn’t work. This will be the last time we stay at this hotel unfortunately

This hotel is in desperate need of an update and renovation, rooms are very small could not lay 2 suitcases down on the ground anywhere in the room without moving furniture around! No storage of bags without a fee! Water in shower boiling hot could not regulate, could not shower!

The front desk service was horrific. Check-in was disorganized and unfair. There was no consideration for guests who arrived early and waited 4 hours to check-in as opposed to those that arrived four hours later. To make matters worse, the manager was arrogant and disrespectful when the issue was brought to his attention. Indeed, I would say that he was discriminating in his attitude at best. The concierge staff was lovely, accommodating and humble. The restaurant staff also was quite hospitable.

Location is good for shopping and London center. Otherwise I wouldn't recommend. Lights weren’t working in the room, I came around 240p for check in and they told me to sit for 20 mins and they’d let me know what the room was ready but no one let me know so got back in line after 25 mins, lobby was chaotic and people were constantly complaining and frustrated which made for a bad feeling overall, one elevator broke so difficult to get up end down quickly, wifi was weak, quite outdated interior and smell in the room.
