Rented 3 rooms. In two of them, the toilets were broken. Smoke alarm went off 3 times during the night with no good explanation from staff. TVs not working in one room. Took card for incidentals but every time we went charge to the room we had to present card again and go to front desk.

The hotel is in disrepair. For example, mold in the shower, chipping paint on the trim, old stained carpet all in the rooms. The staff is terrible.

Hotel was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in in my life. It’s so dated it smelled damp. The heating did not work. It was freezing all night so cold. I couldn’t even get a shower. I was so tired. Could not eat the breakfast. It was eatable anyway terrible really needs a revamp, so with my stay I spoke to the manager but she said she will send me an email not happy
