Recommended: see the/your room BEFORE you bring your luggage up, to make sure the photos on Expedia you saw for the room are similar to the room you reserved itself. For example: if the picture for your room on Expedia shows a round table with 2 chairs, along with a wooden furniture luggage stand, you should expect to see in your room a round table with with 2 chairs and a wooden furniture luggage stand. Am I right? When I signed up for the room, the pictures showed a round table with 2 chairs, along with a wooden furniture luggage stand. That is not what was in my room. The receptionist (when I made him very clearly aware that the room did not match the Expedia pictures) put the onus on me to check the room first. He also said (paraphrase) this is how it is in London. Sound advice perhaps, albeit after the fact. Lesson earned. File under "fool me once."

Excellent value in South Kensington

Perfect. Hotel is very clean and quiet despite being just of the Cromwell Road. Staff are polite and attentive. Next time I will try the restaurant as it looks very nice

No response to any queries. Stanes on ceilinga nd various other places. Showers didn't work. Don't think I could remember everything. Went to front desk and asked for a refund for the rest of my stay, they said I needed to contact Expedia. Expedia have tried to contact them several times with no response, after they emailed the wrong hotel the first time. Absolute joke, do not stay here.

Great location, close to tube station and a few minutes walking distance to many places. The room is fair for its price. The wall is not very sound, sometimes I can hear the talk and walking in the hallway. General it's acceptable for a short stay in London.

The building is beautiful and steps away feo the underground and walkable distance from Natural History Museum and two beautiful parks. Staff is kind and beds comfortable. The shower of the shared bathroom didn’t work sonó had to keep forgoing to the third floor to have a shower. Last, the elevator broke on the second of my 4 days there, so that was an inconvenience. For the rest, it was a very pleasant and affordable stay.

Terrible check in. Was given an occupied room twice causing a guest to be very startled. No amenities, no USB , put me in a room next to Laundry Room where noise was all night constantly and people coming in and out of the room throughout the night I would like to request a full refund for this awful stay

Decent Knitesbridge stay.

Hotel was near tube and Albert hall. Breakfast was good. Lift broken and room in second floor so lots of stairs. Decor a bit tired. Beds very very firm!
