Room was ok but not that clean, especially the washroom…mirror, tub, sink, counter. VERY NOISY above us and in hallway near reception…all night long. Lost a lot of sleep. Would not stay here again.

This is the second week in a row that the elevators are not working. Difficult for elderly people to carry their luggage up and down the stairs. Also there are Long term stays there which I understand but they seem to congregate near the front doors smoking weed.

The staff member we dealt with, Rafi, was so nice and friendly and accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed and helped us get adjoining rooms. My mom and I were very pleased and impressed with the service. The rooms are nice and clean and we have no complaints. Thank you (:

No Frills Budget Stay with Responsive Staff

Excellent service and very responsive staff. Pool was working and well-chlorinated. This is a no-frills, budget-conscious basic place to hang your hat. I would stay here again.

So we were in room 227 and we smelt pee on the bed and asked to have the sheets changed and everything else on the bed and the room cleaner decided to put the dirty pee stuff on my clean clothes. Then we still smelt it and it was the actually mattress that had pee soaked into it, I'm assuming from the last people who stayed in that room. Absolutely disgusting. They moved us rooms but only after 4 hours of us telling them so we had to sit in uncomfortable chairs.

When ac unit was turned on our room filled with cigarette smell to the point where my asthma was triggered. Staff brought us clean blankets but they smelled of cigarette smoke. Was very gross could definitely not recommend staying there

Thank you but no thank you.

Hotel is in major need of repairs. Only one of two elevators worked and it was hit and miss. The rooms are run down with cracks in the walls. Beds came with a bed sheet and a thin blanket. We had to turn the heat up just to stay warm. It’s good for a last minute booking but I’ll likely not stay there again.

Staff was lovely. Didn't like the drug addicts hanging out just feet away from the main door for hours on end. Didn't feel like my vehicle would be safe in the parking lot and worried thaty son and I may not be safe inside.

We checked in around 4:30 and we were headed out for the evening. My husband checked the door to make sure it was locked and it wasn’t so he pulled it shut. And I had forgot something in the room. And tried our pass key and couldn’t get back in, went to front desk 4 times, now I am getting a little annoyed. Went back down and the front desk person said is your luggage in the room , well yes it is. So we waited for someone to come and get the door open , they decided to give us another room. The first room fridge wasn’t keeping our drinks cold the rooms were musty , so I went out to purchase some Febreeze to mask the smell. It was not a experience I would do again.
