Chiragh on reception was very polite, professional and made Check very efficient. As a returning guest, I was very pleasantly surprised to be offered a room upgrade and this made a really nice impression. Room was very clean and airy and check out the next morning was super quick. Good job guys, look forward to staying next time in London

One of the funkiest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Great size rooms. Extremely clean. Great location. Pillows were very nice but the mattress could have been a bit softer (but that’s just personal preference).

2nd stay at this hotel and excellent both times. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very well equipped. Very comfy extra large bed. I forgot my toothbrush and someone delivered it to my room within 5 mins of me calling reception. Quirky decor!
