A hotel with personality. Great decor and a refreshing change from the usual chains. Lots of thoughtful touches in the room and in reception. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a chaotic letdown. Two drinks machines that regularly stopped working. Juice machines were little more than powdered squash. Layout was haphazard with limited supplies. The staff were great and battling hard against what is a poorly designed setup. £27 for breakfast is staggeringly poor value.

Room & bathroom exceptionally clean. The only negative point was blocked toilets in the basement loo's. No signs to explain, and they smelled. There was a bad smell in reception area too, not sure if this was the drains or not though. Lovely hotel though, great facilities. We had a premium room upgrade which had a massive bed, so comfy too. We didn't have breakfast or use the bar as we were out enjoying London, but looked a nice space & seemed a good selection.

Very clean, large rooms and a very nice vibe overall. Close to university which why I picked. But it was Avery nice stay for the second time. However it is pretty expensive.

First off, the hotel is just so cool. Very theatrical and hip. We stayed in a studio and it was amazing. Huge with fun little accents throughout, including a stunning soaking tub with bath salts. But what made our stay truly wonderful was the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure my partner had an unforgettable birthday. I won't say everything they did because that would put them on the spot for doing it for everyone, but suffice it to say, they deserve 5 stars for effort and execution. What a great, great hotel.

NHow is literally one of my favorite budget friendly hotels. You will get value for money Rooms are spacious and clean, the staff is friendly, the modern artistic design is an experience by itself Would definitely come back again
